Staff went above and beyond to check me in. I was not listed as the return location on the computer, however; it was listed on the invoice. He called, I was added to the computer check-in, we looked at pictures of gas and mileage, and I was on my way.

CHARLES STake into consideration that if you ask someone to help in delivering a larger truck. I would suggest that if the mileage extra is no more than 10 miles you eat the cost of the extra mileage. I felt that was asked to help and then charged for a 3 miles overage. In my eyes that should have been absorbed by your company not my wallet.
