The UHaul app was really laggy and not that intuitive for pickup, so I went into the office and Adam had me in the van within minutes.

David HI was told that I wouldn’t be charged for an extra day, and you guys are constantly trying to charge my card bc you still charged me for it.
Lacynda GI actually dropped off the truck after hours and left the keys in the drop box. I did leave a message the next day and received a friendly message back that all was well and the truck checked in fine.
