Picked up truck with 1/4 tank. Drove 50 miles exactically. Filled up to 1/4 tank. Returned truck at 4 office closed. Got charged for full tank fill up and surcharge. I have pics of before and after and it's a pain to get this fixed. Got a text saying the place has no pics. I need another truck this week and will be going elsewhere.

Guy was late and rude. He acted like I was disturbing him for trying to pick up my rental. Always a problem at the place. Workers sleeping in the back. Not doing there jobs. No where to be found when you pick up your rental.

The back of the uhaul was not clean There was water bottles left in the hanging bag A container of screws was left and spilt everywhere while driving I returned the truck with same amount of gas and was still charged for a gas fee

The orientation on using the truck was lacking. No information about how to handle gas, no information on where/how to return truck (pull into gated area or have the front office inspect prior to parking), no warning about getting a text about checking the condition of the vehicle before taking off (did not see the text until halfway through the move). It's a simple check list to go over when someone picks up the truck. Also, I called the number on the rental agreement to try to find out where to park upon returning the truck and I was unable to get the local office. I went through several voice prompts trying to cross-sell me on services and I was never given the opportunity to talk to the local office. Very annoying but not the first instance of corporate insulating local offices from phone calls. I was going to press the "got in an accident". It shouldn't take work-arounds to talk to a live person. Lastly, I booked a furniture dolly as part of the stuff I was renting. However, when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was informed the office did not have a dolly. I received no less than two emails from U-Haul prior to picking up the truck. I relied on having a dolly and If I'd known the location did not have one available, I would have made alternative arrangements. I should have been notified prior to the morning I picked up the truck. On the positive side, the personnel were nice, the truck ran well, and the location was very convenient for my move.

Location was great. Uhaul was disappointing. I reserved a truck then was told it wasn’t available upon my arrival. Guy at the location was great and swapped me into another truck. Was the. Told to refill the gas tank to 3/4 when I got back, which I did and we then charged for 8 gallons of gas for 50 miles despite me filling tank to 3/4.

Renting a truck has now caused me so much grief & frustration. My bank account has been hit twice over the weekend after completing my rental over a month ago. There was an issue back in May where I was refunded money for being overcharged and now my account is being hit again and I have nobody to speak to about it. My experience with UHAUL has been completely unprofessional and definitely will be thinking twice about ever renting from this company again.

Some staff super friendly and helpful, others not so much. Would have been nice to know that there were no moving blankets available before I drove to pick up the truck and was ready to move … or that I needed to top off the gas before returning the truck, other than throwing it in the fine print. Truck was available as requested though and clean.

It was disappointing in multiple fronts, one on change of my pickup location to a place which was far away. Still notifying as availability of truck as reason, the new location didnt had the truck size i booked and provided either a larger or smaller size truck. Choosing larger, was so difficult to handle in drive and parking. None of the booked additional equipment's were available and been put into trauma in last minute. A very disappointing and frustrating experience overall. Above that for total drive distance of 25 miles as noted, been charged for 9 gal, approx $40+ dollar for fuel.

I reserved a 20' truck and they didn't have it when I went to pick it up. U-Haul sent me a confirmation email with a guarantee that the truck will be available for pickup. When I complained and asked what the guarantee is good for they said we shouldn't have guaranteed. Called customer service and they said they can't guarantee. THEN WHY MAKE A GUARANTEE IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL??? This was a major, major inconvenience. I had arranged moving plans involving other help as well.

Rented a 26’ truck and the only option to continue my moving that morning was the 20’ truck available. That cost us an extra trip of moving. Also, the equipment I rented was not available. They offered another location 28 miles far for the truck but that doesn’t make any sense do to our stuff was exactly on that storage location. It’s a shame. I will do different next time to avoid all the headaches.

Unfriendly staff, guy was not in a good mood, did not want to be there or didn’t care…my wife and I were not even greeted as we walked in, I done the greeting (seemed as I was the one working there) the original equipment that I rented was not available (simple dolly) so they made me pay more for another one (appliance dolly). The truck cab was filthy, gas was below where staff said it should be(I brought that to their attention and took pictures uploaded to the portal). Damage on the truck not disclosed but I uploaded pictures on my portal…mileage was off too. Felt like everything was off about this place, staff and equipment…would not recommend this location, 0/10; F-

Great facility for long term rental storage. Also, I rented a U-Haul van that was new and super clean. The van was awesome for a short distance move from an apartment to our new house. Great service and staff members were courteous and professional.

Well used, but well maintained and clean equipment. Customer service oriented and delightful staff. This place really elevated my opinion of the Uhaul brand! Just a seemless and good experience, soup to nuts! Couldn't get Uhaul app to take photo of milage and gas gage using it for return. Perhaps my phones fault, but more likely app issue as taking electronic photos of electronic displays can be problematic. Also, app says if it dosen't work keep going anyhow. So, they seem to know that? Regardless, receipt I got was fair and accurate. I recommend this establishment.

Do not charge the account again at return and place the original charges on hold for 5 days, use the original charges and refund the difference. My account was put in the negative and i have to wait 5 days to get my money back and have 3 kids to feed with a negative bank account. Thanks.

The U-Haul agent made mistakes with the reservation. My Last Name was misspelled; all though I checked with her 5 times to make sure that it is correct. Consequently, the email confirmation was never received. I could never display the reservation on the web due to this error. I called U-Haul to confirm that I in fact I have reservation at all. The agent was rude and condescending. The service wasn't better when we picked up and returned the truck. The "Movers Helper" reservation had issues, due to my misspelled name, I couldn't receive any communications and we had to cancel the jobs for the 2-2hrs help. Very disappointed. I would not use U-Haul for any need in the future.

I was charged $15 for safe move and I declined coverage when I booked through the u-Haul app. I was not given the dolly and 12 furniture pads when I picked up the truck initially so I had to go back in our other car to pick those up to avoid additional mileage and gas charges on the truck. The guy that works there said he hates U-Haul because they have so many issues with it and they are primarily a self storage facility.

The previous customer returned the truck late and we did not get it at our pickup time. But UHaul did not take that into account in wanting it back at 6 hours after requested start time. The website should be more clear that one needs to allow up to 30 minutes to pick up the truck as part of "How long do you need it" On the positive side, my incompetence with the phone application for return was handled very well. The support person was very understanding and helpful. Neither of these is the fault of the location.

Clean the truck. There were all sorts of metal debris aside from other debris that needed to be removed by me to not damage the furniture I was moving. It does not seem that Uhaul cleans the truck if the previous renter does not. Also, why is there two pieces of blue duct tape on the windshield?
