This is not where I reserved my truck. The truck I booked was not returned to the location of my reservation. I had a crew hired to help with move. This cost me an extra $80 in labor and extra mileage and time as the place I reserved was only a mile from the locations I was moving items between and it took me an hour to pivot to the new location. You need stricter penalties for not returning trucks on time (or rewards for)

I did not ask for insurance coverage nor was I told that it was added to the bill at any point. Otherwise, van was great and convenient pickup process. Please refund $15 to me.

Gurjeet SThe service from the office was professional and quick however the truck was not clean. There were food crumbs all over the seats, cup holders and floorboard. Inside the glove box there was a bag of chips from another renter.
