I did not ask for insurance coverage nor was I told that it was added to the bill at any point. Otherwise, van was great and convenient pickup process. Please refund $15 to me.

Easy pick up and drop off
Gurjeet SThe service from the office was professional and quick however the truck was not clean. There were food crumbs all over the seats, cup holders and floorboard. Inside the glove box there was a bag of chips from another renter.

FRANK DFor driving 37 miles in non towing mode your gas price was wickedly steep. If there was a gas station between B and C I would have put gas in. But to drive your “comfort ride” (NOT) out of my way was too much after moving. Highway robbery!
