I reserved the truck and some moving equipment two weeks in advance online. When I arrived to pick up the truck and equipment I was told that the furniture dolly was not available. I was advised that sometimes the website lets you reserve equipment that they don't have. Brilliant! I had the app downloaded ahead of time so I could just pick up the truck and the equipment but the app was not working. So much for a painless pickup. The return was even better. The office was closed. Apparently when they take lunch they close the store. So after parking the truck and walking back to the office to return the key I had to walk back to the truck and use their frustrating app. This involved taking all kinds of pictures and uploading them. Note: The odometer is digital so when trying to take a picture with the phone the lapse in frame rate causes the odometer to not appear completely so you have to time it just right to get all of the numbers to show in the picture. The lady who worked there that day was very pleasant and helpful so I don't blame the store. The issues are corporate's fault and would probably be experience at any location. So I recommend the location but be prepared for problems and definitely be sure to confirm ahead of time that the equipment you "reserved" is actually there.

Marcia WAfter, my movers had loaded the truck it would not start. My husband called UHaul but they told him to go on the app. We were stressed and had trouble with the app. Our movers retrieved a jumper cable and had to jump the truck just so we could finish moving. There was no one in the office when we returned the truck so were unable to talk to anyone in person about the battery problem.
Lisa FHad a 9:30 AM reservation, both employees were already busy helping other customers so I stood around waiting for half an hour before I could get the vehicle. That was frustrating.beyond that, the experience was OK.
