MC Fwhen a customer has a self dispatch and has an issue with the app and seeks help from the agent who arrived before the uhaul opens but can actually help the customer dont give the customer shit about what time you open when there was someone available like customers dont have schedules which is the reason why youre able to select a pickup time

Neal SI had a lot of miscommunication when dropping off my truck. The woman at front desk said Uhaul changed the policy, assist customers during their drop of & they do not walk around the truck with the customer to see if there are any discrepancies. She told me she wasn't event allowed to go outside even though there were 2 people at the front desk. Hours later, after dropping off truck I noticed I didn't receive an recept email, like the rep said. So I call Uhaul to find out I was charged an extra fee because I was 1/16 short of gas. Everything in that truck was manual and the needle was at the spot of when I got it. How do you know as a customer your 1/16 off? When I got a call back from my dispute, the manager said I was more than short of gas, yet couldn't tell me how much and he also told me that the reps should have walked out with me when I dropped off. The policy never changed. I really don't like misinformation becausei feel lied to and now I can't trust the company. The manager is supposed refund me but I have yet to see the email for that. I had a horrible experiencea

Linda DInsurance was added with a fee and I didn't ask for it. The time to return the truck was much sooner than what I was quoted. If I didn't catch it, I would have been liable to pay more money. Seemed like a dishonest transaction
Floyd Fit was not the smoothest pickup. It is stressful trying to accomplish the photo id, and other pickup tasks when there is no onsite rep available.

Michael DThe app is horrible.. forever to check in..the van was newer and clean.. however .. on the return was horrible ... no help from live chat or 800 number ... the app would not let me check out ... it took me 5 phone calls and 2 chats... no haul rep on site .. never ever again at this location.... I still got charged the extra fee that they said would wave... Very very bad experience.. will never be a next time for me with Haul...

tom cThe vehicle that I rented, 10-foot truck (TM 3648F), needs to be looked at by your maintenance and repair team. The key would not turn in the ignition easily, and required turning the steering wheel back and forth repeatedly until the key would finally engage to turn and start the engine. This happened each time I started the vehicle and took around 15 minutes to get the truck started each time. It also had a dashboard warning saying "Service Tire Monitor System" that was on during my rental.

Kristen PI use this location several times and always get the same truck that has very sloppy steering. It wanders all over the road and requires constant steering correction. I informed the office but they say the truck is fine. This location is very convenient for me but I cannot use that truck again.

David KYes it was clean , but it was just a nasty smell, i don’t know if it was left from a previous persons Bottom, but i did spray ,it smelt like a wet dog or cat a nice wipe down with disinfectant would work

James HU-Haul failed to inform me that this location will be closed! Did not inform me this was a mobile pick up!! Took me one hour to be approved online to get the truck. I was not able to upload my license photo!! Process sucks!!
