Fast and efficient, good customer service. However, received truck with only 1/4 tank of gas and had to put gas in it twice, and try to estimate how to put in 1/4 tank on the second fill. Every other rental place I ever went to always gave me a vehicle with a full tank. Also, was told to park in the street instead of in the lot. Never had to do this before either.
