A more thorough check of the conditions of the vehicle. I discovered the outer part of the gas cap, in the cup holder. I was supposed to document any abnormality with the vehicle. I was not able to, prior to my leaving the location, because by the time I began operating the vehicle, I had already submitted the condition photos.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation: 5 stars U-haul: 2 stars The location was great, everything behind the scenes with U-Haul was subpar and chaotic. My location kept changing and the availability of the truck I ordered was uncertain up until the hour before picking it up. I was taking public transportation to the location and so this was a significant factor. I was told by a customer service person that they would reduce my rental rate to $200 but when I arrived and paid for the vehicle that discount was not applied, it was well over $300.
Brian WThe agent at the location was AWESOME. However, the truck had no gas and the tire pressure light was on.
