The truck was not swept out or cleaned before pickup. It wasn’t terrible, but I certainly wouldn’t describe it as “clean”. Maybe that is their standard at this location. The customer service was the bigger issue. When I asked which truck was mine, the staff simply told me to look at the number on my paperwork and find it myself rather than offering any assistance. When I returned the rented dolly and placed it back by the door where I had picked it up, they acted as if I had done something wrong. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The two women at the front desk should focus more on customer service and ensuring the equipment is clean and properly prepared for customers.
