PATRICK AReevaluate the process for picking up a vehicle before regular business hours. The customer should receive access to the U-Haul initial instructions to minimize the pick-up time. A video instruction similar to the lockbox would help visually. This will help customers plan the day's usage of time and coordination for all intended locations of the route. Example: the initial process takes up to 30 minutes which can easily throw off scheduling furniture pickup and dropoff.
