I was unable to pick up at the scheduled time because did not recognize my location. I called your 800 number but did not get any meaningful help. I had to wait 3 hours with my paid helpers until the location opened. The on-site person, Amanda, recognized the problem and helped by loading the uhaul app which did work and I was able to complete the process and get the vehicle. I am entitled to consideration for the delay and additional costs I experienced due to your poor instructions and unstable interface..Thank you

The UHaul was garbage, they jammed multiple trucks into the lot and basically asked for a motor vehicle accident because there was no room to maneuver. I paid for an appliance hand cart and was told my truck was ready but got to my location and had no cart. They asked me to park my pick up truck on the street and had no customer parking. It was an agitating and annoying experience.

The customer may need a little help with the equipment, i.e. how to lock, open the hatch, how to adjust side view mirrors. Ask if they need help. The advice given on rental to increase the odds of getting a 10 ft truck was excellent. Good experience.

Interior of truck was filthy. I could not place my personal items down. Young lady at desk spoke too fast, and was therefore unclear with directives.

Delivered truck to return location early and dropped keys in overnight drop off box. I was informed two days later that they had not received their truck and charged me for an extra two days. Absolutely outrageous.



I made an appointment a week ago went to get truck today, no truck. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get another one and drive 15 miles out of my way to get it. NOT HAPPY added to my bill... Bull S...

the 10' truck could use an adjustable drivers seat. Hard to find a satisfactory seating position for a short person. Would be helpful to be able to raise the seat.

The entire rental experience was most satisfactory. A surprise was the truck only averaged 6.5 mpg. One important suggestion is to advise renters the number on the key chain tag is the truck I. D. number that is placed high up on rear of truck and is not the truck license plate number which I mistakenly believed it to be.

For a few reasons, Trucks should have full tanks of gas at the start of a rental with the customer responsible for returning the truck full. I had a dispute, but it was resolved amicably and reasonably,

First: the U-Haul network was down when I arrived at my scheduled time so I was delayed by a half an hour. So, much for signing up for express check out. Second: I had to sweep the truck out because it was dirty. Third: the truck had mechanical problems where it kept dropping down a gear why driving and the speedometer would go to zero....but I was still moving. This happened once on my trip out and 6 times on my return trip. I couldn't drive faster than 40 mph and the check engine came on as I got back to Neptune. I explained this all when I return the truck in the on line system, but they charged me a $73 late fee. I tried calling today and left a message for someone to call me. I'm still waiting and it's been 8 hours. I rented the truck on 8/23.

This location was greater than an hour from where I live. I was originally assigned to another location that was far from my house, and I called to let UHaul know. Then, I was changed to this location which was even farther, without any information or being given a choice about the matter. The reason I would not recommend this is it is too far from my friends.

No issues. Concerning U-Haul the parent corp (no place to review U-Haul generally), a big thank you to Kevin in the Scheduling area, who allowed me to change drop off location on short notice without an extra charge. Not something you get often these days.
