Reevaluate the process for picking up a vehicle before regular business hours. The customer should receive access to the U-Haul initial instructions to minimize the pick-up time. A video instruction similar to the lockbox would help visually. This will help customers plan the day's usage of time and coordination for all intended locations of the route. Example: the initial process takes up to 30 minutes which can easily throw off scheduling furniture pickup and dropoff.

Jean Ai was not informed that there would be a $20.00 after hours drop off charge.
Bruce BIt's frustrating when trying to drop the van/truck off and you have to take pictures. I tried last night for a good ten minutes to get the app to accept the pictures I took. They were clear, but for some reason they were unacceptable. I gave up, locked the van and deposited the key in the box. It shouldn't be this hard but it always is.
