DAVID WReal roll up tailgate got stuck and had to have a technician from Stratford. U-Haul come out to fix it. Vehicle was not really well maintained.

I have already used and recommended U-Haul and will definitely continue to do so. My one request would be to offer one way long distance rentals if / when possible.

MC Fwhen a customer has a self dispatch and has an issue with the app and seeks help from the agent who arrived before the uhaul opens but can actually help the customer dont give the customer shit about what time you open when there was someone available like customers dont have schedules which is the reason why youre able to select a pickup time

Neal SI had a lot of miscommunication when dropping off my truck. The woman at front desk said Uhaul changed the policy, assist customers during their drop of & they do not walk around the truck with the customer to see if there are any discrepancies. She told me she wasn't event allowed to go outside even though there were 2 people at the front desk. Hours later, after dropping off truck I noticed I didn't receive an recept email, like the rep said. So I call Uhaul to find out I was charged an extra fee because I was 1/16 short of gas. Everything in that truck was manual and the needle was at the spot of when I got it. How do you know as a customer your 1/16 off? When I got a call back from my dispute, the manager said I was more than short of gas, yet couldn't tell me how much and he also told me that the reps should have walked out with me when I dropped off. The policy never changed. I really don't like misinformation becausei feel lied to and now I can't trust the company. The manager is supposed refund me but I have yet to see the email for that. I had a horrible experiencea

Linda DInsurance was added with a fee and I didn't ask for it. The time to return the truck was much sooner than what I was quoted. If I didn't catch it, I would have been liable to pay more money. Seemed like a dishonest transaction
Floyd Fit was not the smoothest pickup. It is stressful trying to accomplish the photo id, and other pickup tasks when there is no onsite rep available.

Michael DThe app is horrible.. forever to check in..the van was newer and clean.. however .. on the return was horrible ... no help from live chat or 800 number ... the app would not let me check out ... it took me 5 phone calls and 2 chats... no haul rep on site .. never ever again at this location.... I still got charged the extra fee that they said would wave... Very very bad experience.. will never be a next time for me with Haul...
