If the Uhaul truck, Vann , which ever smells of Marijuana, The renter should be made to get Vehicle detailed!!! I hate the smell and why would anyone smoke in a rental, everyone does not smoke it. It made me sick to my already stressed gut of moving! Also, another thing, all trolleys should have a belt, I nearly hurt myself badly with trunks tilting over and falling off! More dangerous! On the positive, Samatha was really great and emphatic with my needs and stress of my situation! She deserves a raise!!! Yeah Samantha!!!annette D.

The vehicle was dirty. It had animal hair, dust and dirt all over the dashboard, driver and passenger seats. I suggest the vehicle is cleaned up. It is the minimum a customer expects. This is definitely the worst rental experience I ever had.NNAMDI O.

The location was very nearby and that was a positive. However, outside the gate where the truck was parked was very tight, and other vehicles needed to get through to go through the gate in/out of the storage facility. When I returned the truck I had to carefully maneuver around another returned vehicle to find a place to park.Kenneth C.

This truck needs the following, front end alignment, exhaust replacement and the cab cleaned. The exhaust from the truck was entering the cab and I had to drive the whole time with the windows open because the exhaust gave me such a headache. Has I not been on a tight deadline, I would have turned this truck back.BRIAN M.

This place is practically hidden, I had to take like 4 laps around the block and drive extremely slow to be able to find it, plus there was lack of lighting made it even more awful to find it. Plus there was NO place to park the truck, there was literally like one parking space and three trucks just scattered around, I had to park in front of a gate to be able to drop it offKENNETH T.

Include the function within the U-Haul app to select photos from your phone's storage. I took pictures of the vehicle and odometer/fuel level display prior to opening the app and subsequently dropped the key in the box before realizing I would have to take the photos within the app. By then I was unable to do so. The on-site staff was prompt and courteous the next day and did not assess a fee but the U-Haul platform should provide some flexibility in how you are able to confirm the necessary gauges and readings.Phillip B.

This location accepted the vehicle and supplies, and did not mention anything about additional charges. I was surprised to see another charge on my credit card for $45 -- a cleaning fee and extra mileage fee. The truck was clean when I returned it. And i drove it nearly directly from the rental location to the drop off location, In any case - the intention of additional charges should be made clear to the customer DURING the return process -- not afterwards.James H.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CHECK IN MY TRUCK... MOBILE SITE KEPT FAILINGTO FUNCTION... KICKED ME OUT SO MANY TIMES.. THE .. it was completely painFUL... LONG EXTREMELY TAXING .. The price per mile of almost 1.00 is excessive. The advertised price of $19.95/day for a pick-up truck becomes $80.00 dollars pretty easily (which I'm sure you are aware of, and in fact, counting on). The location was fine, the rental agent was fine, but I will not soon forget the price. As a result, I will definitely be looking for alternate rental choices next time.LEONARD S.

The young lady that received the vehicle from me didn't not go over the returned vehicle with me to make sure all is well. A few hours later a received a email with the receipt showing a $62.00 charges for 9 gallon of FUEL and damaged equipmen. When in fact I had refueled to exact fuel level as it was pickup. This is a robbery and a shame on that location. I paid $90.00 at the shell gas station around the corner of the drop-off location.Rodolfo R.

The app didn't allow me to upload images of the prior damage to the vehicle. I waited over 45 min to allow them to upload and decided to move on with my rental/day. The location is great but the app acted like it didn't want you to upload pics of vehicle before taking it off the lot.Holly M.

The pickup address was the wrong address for the actual pickup location. Had no idea where to go. So I drive to the U-Haul store on the other side of town and they told me "it's there, you just have to know where it is".... Are you kidding me? They eventually show me on the map. End up driving back over to that area and the truck is gross and greasy like no one has been cleaning the inside of the trucks. Terrible U-Haul service. The lady at the pickup location was very nice and helpful. And she said she reported the issue to U-Haul many many times and they still have not fixed the issue.Dylan R.
