I have used your service 2 times before recently and was very pleased with the experience. Mary Ann was very professional, respectful and kind. That is why I went back. However, my experience yesterday was the total opposite. The salesperson was not very friendly. She told me the truck was close to full of gas and to bring it back full. I did not understand what she meant by that, so I took a picture of where the gas needle was, and it was just a little over half tank. We drove the truck less than 5 miles and put $10 worth of gas it. When I received my receipt, she charged me $20 for 4 gallons of gas! I called and complained and asked her to remove the gas charge. She hanged up the phone on me. This is not a good look for your company because you are losing a customer, and I will dispute the charges. I have a receipt for the exact same trip last week and it is different. What a shame for so little money! She is your area sales manager. I recommend getting rid of such a mean person. plus, this is theft! Thank you.

Clayton D.Shouldn't change the location when it was confirm. My pick up location was in acworth [Baker] not Kennesaw. There was a truck parking in Baker. I had a call saying there was none?? Now I had to pay someone to drop me off. In kennesaw 😒
