The employee, April, was very pleasant and helpful. The U-Haul app has a map function which directs you to the wrong location. April helped me over the phone to the correct location and was apologetic about the map error. She said she would report it for correction along with getting the two minor vehicle problems I encountered fixed.
gary H.The online check-out was not working. Also, if it had been working, I was not sure how I would get in the entry gate to get to the truck. Fortunately, there was someone in the office who handled the check-out.
