The ladies at ths location were average in their professionalism. The explanations of the charges could have been better; I was charged extra for not closing out online and charged for another day when I arrived on time before the 4 hour day limit. The van and equipment worked well. The passenger seast of the van had animal hair on it which the staff women said they did their best to remove but was still present. I'd use UHaul but probably not this location.DAVID B.

The lady at the front desk had no clue where my truck was located, so I had to walk the entire lot in the pouring rain searching for my truck. The trailer was at a separate location about 2 miles away. It should have been easily brought to the same location as the truck so I could have easily picked both of them up at the same time. There was little to no help in both cases. Very unprofessional service and I would not recommend it again!Michael W.

The lot is small and hard to navigate. Unlike every other location I've been to, the woman running the office pretty much seemed anchored to the office, requiring customers to do the check-in work. I made 2-3 trips to my vehicle to capture pictures of the odometer, gas gage, etc. in order for her to check me in. My best experiences are when I hand the keys to a UHaul teammember who then performs and inspection of the vehicle before I am released from the lot. It was not a pleasant experience.PRESTON J.

This was a horrible experience! I rented a truck form 3:30 to 6:30 the time they closed said 7 I brought the truck back no later than 5:45 to which the ladies sitting inside told me they were closed and would have to check it in online even though I brought it back before my dead line return time. Then the website wouldn't work and when they left at 6, they never offered to just help out even though I had been out there struggling to return the truck, they got in their car and one sat there the whole time while I tried to figure it out and it took me til 6:30 to finally get it done!!! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! You probably will read this and not do anything about it because of the size of your company but I will NEVER rent from you again and let's see what you can do to fix the situation because you'll do nothing about it.GAVIN S.

When you pull into the small parking lot there is no signage as to where you need to pull your trailer. Then when I went inside they sort of explained where to go to drop the trailer. Then I had to unhook the trailer by myself. No woman should have to do this! Poor poor service!DENAYE H.

The location itself was well kept and the truck was in good condition. HOWEVER the woman that works the front desk is VERY rude. When returning my truck I spoke "Good Morning" she ignored me and responded with the back of the truck need to be swept out and snatched my keys. We were quoted one price then when I arrived the price was about $30 more. And I explained to the lady that when I made the reservation I was asked all of the questions about how many miles I'll be driving etc why was it not included in the quote price. Oddly when I changed my return time from 5pm to 5:30pm for some reason the system didn't catch that and kept my return time for 5pm. Also, when trying to return the vehicle, the website kept making me repeat the steps. It would erase all the progress I made and make me start at the beginning. I had to re-do the pictures and steps 3-4x before I finally completed the process without it refreshing. Overall, the experience was good, but those little things irked me.TAYLOR G.
