Issue with cleanliness of Uhaul. Noted it wasn't clean when I received it with pictures in the app. When I had to return it, I had to choose it was clean so I wasn't charged for the cleaning fee. Don't like that at all!! I do not think that Uhaul is clean. There is dried liquid on and around the dash area.

My biggest problem was that I declined the SafeMove coverage, but then it ended up on my bill. Once I noticed it and told the employee, she told me she couldn't take it off and said to contact you directly. I don't understand why it ended up on my bill since I had declined it. I'm not sure if this is a Uhaul problem or one directly with this Uhaul rental place.

This was the worst customer service, the lady at desk was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic even when she made an error by calling me back to clean out my vehicle or pay a $25 cleaning charge. When I got there to check my vehicle she pointed me to the wrong vehicle which didn't match my contract. Upon correcting her she refused to apologize for the inconvenience. I will never go back to this location-Compass Storage, Atlanta Road, Smyrna.

The Uhaul truck was clean when I returned, but they charged an extra 25$. When confronted they kept telling me that they need to talk to the manager and get back. But they never did. I am disappointed. Thanks.

LOCAL personnel not capable of signing in trailer after hours. a VERY frustrating series of phone calls, web searches led to a very helpful representative, I think her name was Hayley, at HQ. BYPASSED the recommended VIDEO TUTORIAL which was painful.

Things were good, but there was a lot of play in the steering wheel, and there was a rattling/grinding sound every now and then on the right side of the vehicle. I did tell the person who I turned the truck in to.

The vehicle I rented had a low tire pressure notification active. When I notified the front desk of this fact, their suggested resolution was for me to take the vehicle to a gas station and fill the tire with air. They also explained that they had scheduled this vehicle for maintenance on Monday. This defect should have been disclosed to me before I found this problem myself, and the office should have offered a resolution other than one, I the customer, would be responsible for performing.

The truck we rented only had a quarter of tank of gas. It would have been nice if had more gas in the truck.

Was not satisfied because they did not show us how to hook the trailer up. I had no idea how to do it and plus at the other u haul corporate store they installed a hitch and did not show me where the lights were so we had to drive without lights back to the u haul location where the hitch was installed also the customer service in the uhaul store on windy hill was rude and non professional and plus they didn't show us anything about how the hitch worked or where the damn lights were. I had no idea about anything and I will not be using your uhaul services again on my future move. I just should have stuck with pineske. Very inconvenient for me and my 80 yr old Father who we were moving over 900 miles away..
