Oddly when I changed my return time from 5pm to 5:30pm for some reason the system didn't catch that and kept my return time for 5pm. Also, when trying to return the vehicle, the website kept making me repeat the steps. It would erase all the progress I made and make me start at the beginning. I had to re-do the pictures and steps 3-4x before I finally completed the process without it refreshing. Overall, the experience was good, but those little things irked me.

The two ladies in the office were rude, short, and had a bad attitude
Their should be a better way at checking in and returning trucks and equipment. It took me over 30 Mins to try and get my check out process to work and it still never did and I was charge for a late fee when I have proof that I was at the location before closing time .
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Uhaul location. I was told to checkin on my phone. The app kept asking me to put in the same information over and over again. I put in my ID incorrectly at first and then the rep was rude and told me "It doesn't help you put in the wrong id, thats why it's not working" . In reality I put in the correct id over 10xs. The verification portion was not working. I put in passport, id, telephone numbers for alternate contacts etc. We kept asking the rep if there was anything at all she could do to help and she just sat there. She was insanely rude. I mean, the absolute worst customer service. And then after an hour of trying to checkin via phone, she finally took my ID and checked me out in 30 secs. Needless to say, we were late to meet our movers for no reason. She could have helped all along apparently and just chose not to. Corporate will definitely be hearing from us as soon as I am settled in my new home.

Your truck needs wheel ailment, pull a lot to the left, and it take gas every 3 hours, that's REALLY BAD, other than that, I was very happy. Thank you.
Customer service representative was not helpful at all and seemed to have an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. I had completed all information online with the hopes for a contactless experience due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, this was all done for nothing based on my in person experience with the representative at this location. The truck was not cleaned prior to our retrieval and upon return the next day we were again met with the same dissatisfaction from the customer service representative. Needless to say, we will never be return customers to U-Haul based on this one experience.
Took almost two hours to get my truck because your system was down & not acting right but the customer service was great and accommodating so I appreciate that.
When we arrived we were informed that although we had reserved a dolly online many days before there was no dolly available. When asked why didn't you call me they had no answer. Kind of hard to move couches etc with no dolly.
Melinda was the BEST! Made sure I had everything well one advance. She also made sure all my needs were met when my storage unit would not fit all my needs. Great customer service
Passenger door did not open. I had to slam the drivers side door shut in order to fully close it. The provided lock for hull was useless because it wouldn't open all the way. Truck was in poor shape overall.
Items I reserved were given away to other customers. While I was at this location and picking up the truck, the UHAUL employee kept helping other customers that came in after me, delaying my check out.
Mileage was bs! I did 4 trips of 10 mi, should have come out to 80 mi, was told I did 180 mi, next time I'll have to double check the starting mileage but still, something is shiesty
