I was charged $25 clean truck fee because a bag of screws was left in truck. I was charged $25 for not bringing truck back with correct gas amount. I did have the correct amount. Guess I should’ve taken a picture of gas gauge and truck. Employee at this location should’ve refunded me the $50 but refused to come to a solution. Poor business practices

I am not sure if after each person uses uhauls someone goes in and checks to see if they are clean or if they are cleaned again but when we used this uhaul there was soda spilled all over the passenger seat. Unfortunately you couldn’t see it so when I sat down I sat in sticky wetness. It was disgusting and I’m very unhappy about the whole situation. When I told the lady about it she said she was sorry and she would look into it. To me I would try and accomadate someone a bit more than just looking into it.

The self check out was HORRIBLE!! First of all, I had to walk all the way to the back of the building to find the truck. Then I had to exam the truck for dents/damage. After the hike uphill to the back of the building, I had to walk back to the front to be keys. (Of course after get keys from front counter, have to walk back to get the truck) TOOO MUCH!! AND I have an out-of-state ID, so the online agent asked for an additional ID. I provided my boyfriend ID, but that was not enough, so I had to go inside to check in at the U-Haul counter. If I would have known this, I would have used the inside agent at the beginning. Well the best part is the counter agent was nice

We actually had movers set and they came, but the truck was undersized. Got tired of the logical nightmare of their options and looked up Uhaul on line and within an hour we loaded and were done. Uhaul was the only way the house closing could happen on time! sometimes being in total control is a great thing-thanks Uhaul!

The rep at the front said I returned it to the wrong location and said I'd be charged if I didn't return it to the Roswell rd location. This was news to me, but she came at my wrong without asking what went wrong at the time of pickup.

The two times I have rented from this location the rental truck was really old and smelt awful.. The truck rattled like crazy. The dolly was very dirty previously used at a cement area as evidenced from the tires.. I was not happy with the service at all.. And would not rent from this place again.

I was cheated out of $16 due to the rigidity and uncooperative nature of Maria, the clerk on duty at this location. I returned the truck under my anticipated mileage and put gas in it but was told that the gas gauge was not on 7/8 of a tank as it was when rented. We drove 12.4 miles and put 4+ gallons of gas in the truck which would have put the tank at almost full. Maria argued with us insisting that it was at 3/4 of a tank. This is inaccurate because the gauge read at 3/4 before we put gas in it and returned the vehicle. It is my belief that overfueling the vehicle to a full tank was the desire of this company. They did not seek fairness but a gain on my dime. I will not recommend or use this company for any future moving or storage needs. The customer service was awful.

Issue with cleanliness of Uhaul. Noted it wasn't clean when I received it with pictures in the app. When I had to return it, I had to choose it was clean so I wasn't charged for the cleaning fee. Don't like that at all!! I do not think that Uhaul is clean. There is dried liquid on and around the dash area.

My biggest problem was that I declined the SafeMove coverage, but then it ended up on my bill. Once I noticed it and told the employee, she told me she couldn't take it off and said to contact you directly. I don't understand why it ended up on my bill since I had declined it. I'm not sure if this is a Uhaul problem or one directly with this Uhaul rental place.
