Be up front with the fees and service the vehicle before letting someone rent it. Local travel is one thing but when your going a long distance riding a truck that is constantly pulling to one side makes for 10 hours of driving a horrible experience.

I am not happy with the weird rule of 7/8 th of a tank. When they gave me the truck they told it is 7/8 th full and I have to return with same amount of gas. However, that is little less than 7/8 th. They gave me a sheet that tells how much I need to refill based on current gas level to bring it to 7/8th but that is not correct. I used that guideline and thought I consumed more than 8 gallons where as I actually used only 5. I lost money for 3 gallons at least. Why can't they simply give full tank and ask people to refill it??

I honestly did not get her name but the manager of this facility was awesome! She was fast and efficient. I liked that she was very understanding. It was pouring rain and she was very sympathetic..

The trailer was old and not well maintained, I’ve rented these auto movers several times in the past and had excellent equipment. However the jack was loose, the hitch was jammed and needs to be replaced, the safety chains could not be used and were to long. Horrible peice of equipment.

I was assessed a cleaning fee without any explanation. I could not get in touch with anyone at this location to ask for an explanation for the cleaning fee. The only things in the cab or the container of the truck were the furniture pads provided by U-Haul.

Fire the 2 idiots at the South Cobb/Wendy Hill location. They did everything wrong; miss quoted rate; did it 2 times before getting it right; reserved truck 3 days in advance; notified the afternoon before pickup they did not have truck referred to 2350 location; mislead me thinking I would have truck 7-7:30 am.; FORTUNATELY THE FOLKS AT THE 2350 LOCATION WERE GREAT AND SAVED THIS CUSTOMER. WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN FUTURE!

I was told of my return location when I picked up my uhaul on 2/15/18. I also called on 2/17/18 and was reminded of the return location. When I got to the location on 2/17/18 I was told they had no room..then I call customer service and got a rude gentleman on the line who was not helpful. Uhaul needs more professional people working for them and I should not have had am hassle when I man a reservation before hand. I was eventually allowed to return my uhaul at the location that I had a reservation with because the woman claimed "she read my file wrong" the first time. This was absolutely absurd!!! I will never use uhaul again!

The employees of this location were unprofessional and inattentive. She didn’t walk us back to inspect the truck. We had to wonder around the yard to find the truck ourselves. She ended up giving us the wrong vehicle which had the wrong mileage on it.

I was charged $25 clean truck fee because a bag of screws was left in truck. I was charged $25 for not bringing truck back with correct gas amount. I did have the correct amount. Guess I should’ve taken a picture of gas gauge and truck. Employee at this location should’ve refunded me the $50 but refused to come to a solution. Poor business practices
