Karen was so very helpful maneuvering thru the challenges with checking in to pickup truck. Her assistance & service was top notch. On the other hand the system is something thats needs reviewing to enable a smoother experience for customers. Perhaps add questions to the review regarding 🤔 check-in. TY

The guy was really nice. It was a little tricky to find location. Also had to wait for someone to get there and then get back to me when dropping off. Other than that it was fine.
