Front desk seemed “bothered” that I was there to pick up my rental. Truck was not at the front of the store for easy pick up. I had to walk or drive back into storage building area to get the truck. No one walked the truck with me to inspect. Got into truck to leave and the left rear tire was alarming low. Stopped by front desk on way out to let her know about tire and was told to drive the truck to where I planned to load the truck and call roadside assistance to come look at the tire. The low, flat tire then became my problem to fix and not UHaul’s. I had scheduled this rental weeks ago and the equipment was obviously not inspected before rented to me. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I won’t be renting from this location again.

Nice lady that got us checked our quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is the absurd gas charges. One, the rate itself is WAY out of line. Two, we were within an EIGHTH of a tank and were charged for it. If I pick up my truck with a little less than 3/8 of a tank and return it with just over 1/4 of a tank, I think that's close enough. The nice lady has no control over this policy from U-Haul and I do not fault her at all, but it's a policy worth reviewing.

Donna CPassenger side mirror on our box truck was very loose and would not hold its position, making lane changes nearly impossible. A simple inspection of the truck prior to rental would be nice
