Pick up was easy, however the mobile app told me the key was in one place, which it wasn’t. When I called, they gave me the correct location of the key. The drop off was extremely easy, they were open so the gentleman can put and did the return. I really, it helped my my move seamless! Greatly appreciate it.

This location stole money from me. Illegally recorded the distance to empty rather than recording the actual mileage. I called in to correct this and the operator, Donald, got extremely upset and just put me on indefinite hold without any excuse or warning. UHaul, I want my money back and I will get my money back even if I have to file a lawsuit.

The person at Compass tried to say we went 56 miles when in reality we went 11. Had my son not recorded the dashboard when we picked up the truck, there would have been no way for us to prove that we were being overcharged. While I did get reimbursement from Uhaul, I've still not received an explanation or apology from Compass. I will definitely never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Mr Brian at this location is HORRIBLE.... His customer service is zero. He PURPOSELY overcharges you. For example... you rent a trunk for 24 hrs... If you don’t check your invoice he puts in renting of the trunk for a 6 hr period. When you return the trunk within your 24hr window he hits you with a 2 day rental.. Same thing on gas... you fill your tank.. he puts in below a full tank... even with you taking pictures of the full thank on the dashboard.... He argues that you must have tilted to take the picture... Mr Brian though old is not good with customers... His customer service is so bad that if that was his personal business, he will loose all the customers... Pls pay serious attention to this individual at this location

Nobody was there - key drop off. However we drove to 4 places to drop off (2 were not uHaul dealerships anymore) and 1 had no room for truck

I was given an online rate of $109 for a round trip that included 126 miles. However, when I when I went to pickup I was told that rate has only 30 miles on it and that my new rate was about $25 more. I felt cheated as that was not the rate I had online. I was clear when I booked it online in that I had a round trip to Athens GA. So I am not sure why there is confusion. I would like someone to take a look and see how I can get a refund. I still see the $109 rate (before insurance etc.,) shown online

Y'all changed my location twice and I ended up having to go to a location that was farther away and opened later. I wasn't able to get the van until an hour later because of that. However, this location had good customer service. Also, I paid for a dolly but didn't get one.

the requested trailer was not available and i don't know what u gus warranty for $50 that the right trailer you booked will be available.the electric connection wasn't there on the trailer and had to cannibalize it from another one.for the smaller trailer i could have gotten near my home .i had to drive 35 min away only to be told that that trailer is not available.very disappointed by U-Haul.really bad service

I reserved a truck along with 2 dollys and a dozen furniture pads. They were not available upon pick up. I feel this should have been told to me prior to coming in and not last minute. Additionally, the gas tank was suppose to be at 9/16 but was only at 1/2 a tank. It’s imperative the attendant verifies this because I had to put the gas back in for the last person only for less than 5 miles round trip. Additionally, the back of the truck had drink bottles and dirty socks left behind. Also not my job to clean up. Terrible.

Worst experience! Please be caution with this location. I rented one of his truck yesterday for less than 4 hrs and returned it after hours I did less than 60 miles and today when I looked at my credit card transaction they had charged me over $150 over. I called and he told me I had done 188 miles which I know that’s not true, I am not sure if they used it in the morning or what but we also returned it with a full tank and he states that it was not full and charge me for it too. I called customer service but waiting for their response. Please be very caution, I was dumb and dropped it after hours instead of the morning.

I had to be changed to 3 units. Time consuming and not happy at all. To make customers happy make sure before you assign units that that are clean and not with other people furniture in them.

It is very bad form to leave trucks with partially filled gas tanks. Then, if you are close but not exact on the refill, charge an outrageous fee for gas. You are forcing customers to go over the the fill line, basically stealing their money. This is not good business practice and is really only a way to stick it to your customers.

Check all equipment before renting it out. Had I not personally checked each tire (the rental place told me they were all good) and found a huge cut on one down to the steel belt, I for sure would have had a flat on my 600 mile plus trip. Thankfully they had another trailer I could use and made the trip without further incident. I have a picture of the tire if you need it.
