Your stores besides the one in this locations are the worst ...customer service sucks...I had a reservation for a truck of Lawrenceville Suwanee road about a month ago..got there took my picture and drivers license picture..they came back a said that I didn't match my ID I have a bread now.....so they sent me to to locations that were closed.never again will I use your service and I will make sure my famiyand friends and there friends don't either...and on the 28 of Jan 2018 I was sent so a location off pleasant hill at a Valero gas station..first off on person in a convenient store is crazy and the person there did not know how to handle uhaul ..so he had some that said he was the manager on the phone...he ask me to give him my credit card number over the phone while he was at his home...very very unprofessional to ask someone for there card number at your home..so my family and friends and whoever else will listen to my story about uhaul I will not refer your company for anything...Take You.

You should not take advantage of people.l negotiated for the $19+ van for a 5 mile distance and I gave my credit card to the manager in the front office he unduly exploited me and took $50 more than we discussed.will still come to the main office to lodge my complain.

The location was fine except one thing. THIS WAS NOT MY ORIGINAL REQUESTED PICK UP LOCATION. And, I was NOT notified ahead of time that my location had changed. This location was 30mins from my original location. Then, trying to drop it back off, I had to drive the 30 mins one way out of my way because I was not allowed to drop it off at my original preferred location. If you’re going to move locations, TELL ME!!!!! Before I show up. Second, let me drop off at my preferred location!!!! It’s not my fault you didn’t have the equipment in the preferred location. Thank you.

Gentleman that was there was very polite and helpful with our situation. He called "traffic controller " and personally corrected what was wrong . We greatly appreciate what he has done for us . He more than made up for the whole ordeal . Thanks for honest business people out there in life .

I was triple booked, stuck without the truck which I had reserved and had to use a van which took me 2 trips as opposed to one. I'm stuck with a $120 bill for your incompetence

Customer Service was good. The truck was old. Overall the experience was good. I would like to say I would love to be able to rent a Uhaul without having to explain something that was supposed to be notated in the computer.

It needs a designated drop off for the return of equipment. I arrived at 8pm on the the 18th and there was uhaul trucks parked in the cul-de-sac. I had to squeeze the auto transport into a spot. Not a good drop off location.

After renting vehicle and filling with gas, we were charged $27.75 for gas stating tank was at 3/4 when returned. After leaving multiple messages, finally spoke with manager Brian Claxton and was told that is what he saw when he checked it in. That is not true because we went to the location the morning after dropping it off and he was not there. It was a young lady at the front desk. He then said we parked it one place, when that was not the place we parked it, then made excuses that maybe someone siphoned the gas. He refused to refund our money. All this after we reserved a 26' truck and when we arrived it was not there and had to take a smaller truck and make more trips than what was planned for. I will never recommend this location.

The app did not have the vehicle assigned to my reservation. If i had not called the day before i would not have know how to get the key. was unable to check in because of this which created probelm for the establishment.

It did take more than 30 minutes to get my reservation processed, since the office could not connect with the Uhaul system. I do not blame the office I was working with but there may be a problem with the Uhaul computer system that should be reviewed. Also, it would help if there was clear marking of where the emergency brake release lever was located!!! Took 2 of us a while to find it!!! Thanks.

Dropped off truck early. Nice place from what I saw. Got charged an extra $15 for mileage. They didn't take into account that I had to drive an additional 44.5 miles from Pelham to my house. Called U-Haul and trying to resolve this. Sigh.

When online I waived the insurance coverage as my policy already covers. I guess the fine print at the counter made me sign up for the coverage which I thought was waived when I made the reservation. Received receipt for having paid the insurance which I did not want. Better explanation at the counter or follow the direction that was given when I made the reservation. Seems a little crooked to send a receipt for way more than expected based on reservation made online.

After I got past the corporate reservation red tape, Brian and his staff at Compass Self Storage were great! The paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. The truck was sitting on the lot waiting for me so I could get the move underway.
