Bruce ALied and said the gas was at 1/4 full. I took pictures AND called to notify gas was even less than 1/8. Returned with the same 1/8th and was charged $30 gas fee!!! Terrible, terrible, horrible service. Truck was dirty when I received it. Please never rent from this location/company. So very disappointed :(
KeTony RStaff was friendly enough. Truck originally would not start. It had almost 160k miles on it. They did not have 1 single dolly on premises. I paid for one. If inventory is being kept correctly, then you wouldn’t be able to order one online. This was after I went to another location and they did not have trailer I rented.
