Nothing- everything was very good

DIA DRequested for dolly and blankets but none of them were there. Reaching out to customer care took more than 30 mins. App enabled renting is not smooth as you have to take multiple steps with the app. I like Uhaul trying to keep the costs low but there shouldn't be any waiting time for reaching out to customer service if things are not going well.
