There were 2 negatives. The first was the self check in didn't work and I had to go wait in line to speak with someone. Second the floor of the truck was wet so we had to use blankets and thankfully we had them. But otherwise it was a good experience.

There was an issue with the gas gage. It was supposedly 3/8 full but it didn't change much when we drove it. We put gas in it, but still were charged a $12 fee.
