I was very appreciative that they went above and beyond when I asked to pick the truck up a little early. The only issue I had was the truck not being completely clean. Something foul was leaking from the bag hanging in the truck and got on some of my furniture. I’m highly upset about this. Idk what it is, but it had a very foul odor and was brown.

I have rented from this location many times. The online self service was a new experience. Slow and long start. Returning was a little less confusing. Hopefully my next rental will not take as long.

I have a major concern. I booked on line and changed date and location. For pick up of a 9' cargo van ,on Nov 16 at A location on satellite bld. This location was no longer a u-haul pick-up site. I called u- haul customer service line and only close location was the Sullivan location fiorva 10' box truck. Delete location on website which no longer service u-haul service.Very frustrating. DD

Its been a while I used the service, but I was so impressed with the app and ease of reservation making and the quick response from the direct location. Additionally, the phone calls I made to the customer service were very pleasant and it exceeded my expectations. Overall, I will always put U-Haul first before Laws or Home Depot

From what was supposed to be easy going to consuming time but unfortunately relocated to a new option for pick up and need additional information through pick up with some how I was able to check out with cheaper price options then in person where my same rate increase by $40 for being able to check out through online when processing pay but fail to go through and roll over to an slightly increased rate for the time was unfortunately long wait and there was no option left to have saving drop off destination.

The U-Haul we received was absolutely filthy. If we didn’t have to move that day, I would not have accepted it in its condition. Only reason I’m not giving one star is because the process to get the U-Haul was easy.

Truck sides have scratches, peeling paint, other wear and tear. Inside was fine, noticed there were two dials missing, completely removed from the dash. Pick up using app was clunky as halfway through I had to go into the office to pick up instead of the key being available in the truck inside a lock box. This made the whole app pick up redudant and pointless if I could just go in and do the whole thing without needing to take pictures. Drop off was easier, but it took a moment to find the key drop off box. There was only one person at the desk who was on the phone while I picked up the key, who knows how long that would've taken for her to get the key to me. The hill that I had to drive down was very steep which is a challenge for some folks, definitely not general public friendly. I wouldnt trust any average person off the street to be able to pull the truck out of that parking lot without running into the curb at some point.

Thanks so much for the help and understanding. It was a difficult move for me and this location treated me so well. Much respect to you all. Esp the kind lady who checked me in on Sun 6/30 @2pm. When I picked up the truck it had slightly lower than 3/4 tank of gas. I have a photo showing this level. I didn't say anything since it was close. When I returned the truck it was just shy of indicating 3/4 tank. I have a receipt for 6 gallons of fuel. It was slightly more then when I dropped it off. I drove the truck 70 miles. So the truck averaged 11.5 mile per gallon. About right for this size truck . I made the mistake of leaving before the attendant checked in the truck. I received my statement and noticed it has a fuel charge. This is incorrect since I left the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. Please issue a credit for the wrongly added fuel charge.

The equipment was in excellent condition, but nothing trumps a bad experience with a service rep who doesn't know the ins and outs of a business and is unable to help a customer get the service they need without feeling that they're settling just because.

Make sure the equipment is maintained and safe for people to use,the equipment that was rented out to me was really bad, every truck I have ever rented from Uhaul has been a raggedy piece of s**" this truck had a whole lot of play in the steering wheel,it was all over the he place and even worse the brakes were bad! I had to drive slow and give myself plenty of time to slow down because when I barked the truck was still slide forward,it was very scary to say the least, U-haul has to start doing better with servicing their equipment.

Team here was great. Not sure why UHaul ran two identical authorizations on my credit card. No one seemed to know why. Didn’t affect me but for someone who’s on a tight budget tying up $328.50 of credit line was pretty bad. The total charge is $118.00 after I took the truck back. Not the fault of this location it was UHaul corporate.

The staff at 1800 Sullivan dr duluth GA were very unacommodating, rude and dismissive, when I asked where the truck would be I was told to find it somewhere in the yard, and once I left I noticed the truck was not full of gas even though the staff stated it would be, and the front left drivers tire pressure was low indicated by the dashboard light, when I returned the truck full of gas and notified the staff they told me it was nothing they could do, definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location nor will I rent again from this location which is unfortunate because I had such a great experience at a different uhual a week ago.

The lady was so nice and so helpful. It took no more than 5 min to drive the truck out. No issues with the truck and I returned at night. Just using the return instruction to take the odometers for the miles used and dropped the key in the box. Simple and convenient.

Josie was a lifesaver! I made a reservation for a van, only to find none available upon my arrival. The location had no history of my reservation, but Josie made it happen. She introduced choices that made the entire rental easier and less expensive. I would do this again!

I wasn't given enough miles to complete my trip. I went straight from Duluth Ga to Griffen Georgia and had to pay an additional 30 dollars when I returned the truck. I just thought that was a little extra for going over 30 miles .
