We reserved 2 dollies, but when we arrived, we were told that none were available. Turns out that wasn't true since another customer showed up to pick up his rental & hadn't reserved a dolly through Uhaul but found one in his truck after we had left. He was nice enough to find us at Home Dept to tell us and offer his HD dolly rental to us. Unfortunately, the Uhaul dollies weren't properly removed from the reservation, so we were still charged for them. Additionally, we returned the truck by 4:30pm the same day but were charged for 3 days of rental for the truck and the non-existent dollies.

The uhaul system froze during in person checkout costing me about 15 minutes of daylight. The truck was "beat to hell" at 108,000 miles on the ODO. The emergency brake mounting plastic was broken and took me a while to find. The truck had a dash warning which prevented me from seeing the ODO. Overall condition of the truck was very poor. I should have requested a newer one as I take very good care of rented equipment. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. None of this was her fault.

LASHUNDA CI was charged $127.20 missing/damage fee after returning my U-Haul. There was no damage to the U-Haul, and the only things missing were the dolly and furniture pads that I had reserved and never received when I first picked up my U-Haul, which I had already reported to customer service. I immediately reached out to the email address provided on my receipt to inquire about the charged and have been ignored. So not only did I never receive the dolly and furniture pads I reserved at the first location, but now I'm getting charged for them being missing at the return location.

MARGARET GI was very appreciative that they went above and beyond when I asked to pick the truck up a little early. The only issue I had was the truck not being completely clean. Something foul was leaking from the bag hanging in the truck and got on some of my furniture. I’m highly upset about this. Idk what it is, but it had a very foul odor and was brown.

This location was no longer a u-haul pick-up site. I called u- haul customer service line and only close location was the Sullivan location fiorva 10' box truck. Delete location on website which no longer service u-haul service.Very frustrating. DD

ABDELHAFID ZTruck sides have scratches, peeling paint, other wear and tear. Inside was fine, noticed there were two dials missing, completely removed from the dash. Pick up using app was clunky as halfway through I had to go into the office to pick up instead of the key being available in the truck inside a lock box. This made the whole app pick up redudant and pointless if I could just go in and do the whole thing without needing to take pictures. Drop off was easier, but it took a moment to find the key drop off box. There was only one person at the desk who was on the phone while I picked up the key, who knows how long that would've taken for her to get the key to me. The hill that I had to drive down was very steep which is a challenge for some folks, definitely not general public friendly. I wouldnt trust any average person off the street to be able to pull the truck out of that parking lot without running into the curb at some point.

Chelsie RWhen I picked up the truck it had slightly lower than 3/4 tank of gas. I have a photo showing this level. I didn't say anything since it was close. When I returned the truck it was just shy of indicating 3/4 tank. I have a receipt for 6 gallons of fuel. It was slightly more then when I dropped it off. I drove the truck 70 miles. So the truck averaged 11.5 mile per gallon. About right for this size truck . I made the mistake of leaving before the attendant checked in the truck. I received my statement and noticed it has a fuel charge. This is incorrect since I left the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. Please issue a credit for the wrongly added fuel charge.

David SMake sure the equipment is maintained and safe for people to use,the equipment that was rented out to me was really bad, every truck I have ever rented from Uhaul has been a raggedy piece of s**" this truck had a whole lot of play in the steering wheel,it was all over the he place and even worse the brakes were bad! I had to drive slow and give myself plenty of time to slow down because when I barked the truck was still slide forward,it was very scary to say the least, U-haul has to start doing better with servicing their equipment.
Linda WTeam here was great. Not sure why UHaul ran two identical authorizations on my credit card. No one seemed to know why. Didn’t affect me but for someone who’s on a tight budget tying up $328.50 of credit line was pretty bad. The total charge is $118.00 after I took the truck back. Not the fault of this location it was UHaul corporate.
