The website and app were down while I was trying to pick up my truck. I understand technical difficulties, but for a company that strives to make moving easier, the hour wait to even talk to a representative (who was actually very helpful) was mentally exhausting. I also ordered a dolly but was not given the equipment, so that made moving even more strenuous. When I talked to the person at the desk however, she was kind very helpful. I suggest revamping the website, so there's no bugs.

Alex H.Tammy was so friendly and helped me after I had troubles with UHaul app. My only concern was the mirror on the truck was held in place with tape causing the mirror to move while driving. Since our trip was local it wasn't too troublesome however it could cause a safety risk.

Staff was short and visibly annoyed when customer asked for assistance saying she was “in the middle of something†and made the face-to-face experience less than enjoyable during both pick up and drop off. U-Haul itself was in good condition. Online rental process was simple and easy.

Lee W.My truck DC2002L had a loose drivers side mirror. While driving along the interstate and backroads, my mirror had adjusted itself away from the cab. This was very inconvienent and unsafe as i not only lost sight of my blindspot, but also the entire lane next to me and part of the other lane. No power windows also made it a hassle to reach out and adjust the mirror back. The mirror needs tightened or replaced to allow it to stay put

I was charged three times one time before the truck was even returned they have a new women that works there very very over weight, that looks unclean and has a common unprofessional voice and attitude, very common! she charge the card without permission or letting me know what the charge was! Very disappointed at this haul after years of good service!

It was 1 tad under half which is what i returned it to. $20.48 fuel is absurd if only 1 dash below. It was much closer to half full. Also i received a uhaul that stated oil change necessary!. It was?very alarming to me. This bill was way too high. Other locations were much lower when using same van!! Very disappointing!

That's exactly what I did but these lovely ladies were able to accommodate me with a truck, van (very new and swanky one at that) and 2 neighboring storage units with half a days notice. DAVID A.My issue is with the U-Haul app needs a lot of work. While I tried to take care of all necessary tasks, it is still cumbersome to pick up equipment the day of...confirmation of the driver, identifying an alternate contact and verifying that upon pick up is too cumbersome. I have used this before and have been concerned that the time these tasks take impede on the time that I have reserved the equipment. Additionally, I had significant trouble checking In the equipment upon return. After numerous attempts to check the equipment back in, the app stalled. I never made it to the finish screen and was called the next day to confirm my return. Luckily I was not charrlfed the convenience fee associated with that. In other words, IMPROVE THE MOVILE PROCESS AND APP. U-Haul can make it easier especially for those who prepare in advance. No one wants to deal with extra stress when moving.

BRENDA G.I rented a uhaul from compass self storage on 5th Ave Pgh pa. I go here all the time never had a problem. On this particular I was over charged for my rental amd the lady Kelly did not follow protocol to properly make sure the rental was fueled and track the current mileage. I asked about the over charges etc she stayteted to argue with me. I called 1!800 uhaul amd they refunded my over charged fees.
LAMAR S.Employees at this location are completely worthless. We rented a 10ft truck and accidentally left our car keys in the truck after dropping it off. Took 5 days (over a long holiday weekend at that) to get ahold of someone at this location to retrieve our keys back. Location kept their phone lines to push to the call center and every time we spoke to someone at the call center they could not get through to the location. The call center had to reach out to the field manager to let them know that there was lost property within their vehicle. Went into uhaul today to go retrieve our keys after many failed attempts to contact the location and go to the location with closed signs on the door and no response from them after the call center and field manager said we would get a call back (4 days ago). The person working the desk gave us the truck key to go see if our keys were in there because “they couldn't find anything†and in plain view, our keys were right there. Thankfully the truck had not been rented and we were able to get our keys back, but those working at this location are completely incompetent.
