This rental had a low front drivers side tire, a cracked windshield, the visor was broken, laying on the dash, and the cupholders were sticky and disgusting.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van I rented had a problem with the ignition. It locked up. Fortunately, I was able to get it restarted. I reported it to the office, who said they'll report it to maintenance.
Earl WGreat service! Friendly. Thank you!
Doug HShould make sure to inform customers using self-pick up that they will need 2 forms of documentation and say what will be accepted beforehand.
Nora SFirst of all, I wasn’t able to do mobile pickup like I had booked, and when I called customer care they directed me to the closest u haul pickup location and when I there they were out of trucks, and told me I should talk to customer care. When I went back to the original location they said we cannot give you your truck because you were late in picking it up although I had clearly explained my situation to everyone. And they were not willing to give me a truck because they hadn’t checked in few other trucks, fortunately there was one kind employee there who helped us out and I finally got the truck 1.5 hours later than my original time and I had to reschedule my movers and pay them extra for it which came out of my pocket because of U-Haul not being efficient this was by far my worst renting experience.
