First of all, I wasn’t able to do mobile pickup like I had booked, and when I called customer care they directed me to the closest u haul pickup location and when I there they were out of trucks, and told me I should talk to customer care. When I went back to the original location they said we cannot give you your truck because you were late in picking it up although I had clearly explained my situation to everyone. And they were not willing to give me a truck because they hadn’t checked in few other trucks, fortunately there was one kind employee there who helped us out and I finally got the truck 1.5 hours later than my original time and I had to reschedule my movers and pay them extra for it which came out of my pocket because of U-Haul not being efficient this was by far my worst renting experience.
Nili SClean the trucks and the breaks didn't lock in park mode and almost ran someone over. Had to hurry up and get back in the truck. To stop it everyone is fine.
TANIKA WI’m very unhappy with the fuel charge on my return (2 gallons) — I drove 7.8 miles, put $5 of fuel in the tank, gave the receipt to the front desk on return, and was charged for fuel when there is no way that I used more gasoline than I replaced.
Paul SThis is the worst truck I have ever rented. The truck cab and back were filthy. There was a HORRENDOUS smell in the cab. The AC didn’t work. There wasn’t a ramp for loading. When I took it back and explained the issues I was told that I should have came back in for a new one. I don’t have time to be swapping out vehicles. How is it my responsibility to make sure the vehicles you’re loaning out are clean and operational? I will never be back to this location and may just choose budget or another truck rental company.
