Van was in great working condition mechanically but was very dirty upon giving it to us with the entire cabin filthy and seats full of dog hair. Disgusting condition to rent something to someone without cleaning it in between renters. Disappointing.Jennifer R.

I used the self check-in feature and ended up losing about 45 minutes waiting for the app to verify my qualifications. Finally, I just went inside the storage business hosting the UHaul pickup site, and they helped me. I realize I may have taken the photos in a way that was difficult for the verification to be done, but it would have been nice if there was some indication what was happening. For instance, if the app were able to say that my pictures needed to be retaken in a certain way. Additionally, there's a chat feature that I tried to use, which I assumed would be connected to a chatbot of some kind, but those messages were not answered. Overall, I am happy with my rental, but I will likely not use this feature again.Michael S.

With on-line check in, picking up the van was quick and easy. Took maybe 5 minutes, at most. The lady at the counter was courteous and service was prompt. That the area also has temperature controlled storage is a plus. I'll probably use that service in the future.Jimmy D.

The only thing I would like better would be an option to pay for the gas I used rather than refuel it myself. I used your estimate and ended up returning it nearly full (instead of 7/8 of a tank). I could have likely saved money and time if I'd payed a flat rate (even an expensive one) per gallon of fuel used.BARBARA L.

My Uhaul experience was a real Cluster Fâ€¼Câ€¼#!!!! from pick up to drop off... Not one thing went right...Changed pickup site Wrong size truck without equipment. Poor professional service representative at pickup... Poor communication between Uhaul and private dealers.Changed drop off site. My storage was totally messed up...no free storage for a month that was part of rental no additional storage as requested to be at drop off site!!! Poor and stressful experience could complain on and on...Hope to never have to deal with Uhaul again!Cheryl P.

The truck cab was FILTHY. I have pictures to prove. Coffee stains in the drink holders dust everywhere including the air vents. There were no COVID precautions taken. I wiped the cab down the best I could. I am very very unhappyKathleen M.

Easy to find, easy process, but was never given the dolly or pads I pre ordered. The woman was alone inside and was personable in some ways but also gave me vibes she was trying to rush me through the process. I've never rented a truck before. she confirmed I ordered them and when I asked if I was good to go Or if she needed anything else, she said I was good. Got home to realize no pads or dolly were in the truck. I attempted to reach uhaul by phone, which was a 20 minute wait I didn't have while moving. I attempted the chat at least 3 times and got disconnected before I could have the full conversation. Thoroughness would be the biggest thing to work on here.Haylee M.

The uhaul personell inside the office was not accomodating. She acted like she didnt like her job. The whole process was complicated because the site was needing a lot of additional information in the online pick up/check in. Then when we needed to select the branch where we were at, it says location is wrong. So we went to the office to ask the woman but she is rude and not happy to entertain us. Zero customer service at all like we had to beg her to serve us. We understand the covid related resrictions but she could have received us better. She didnt even wore a mask while twlking to us. I just had to commend the call center i spoke to last week because she was really nice and helpful.May Liz C.
