JESSICA SI'm very disappointed not only did I get overcharged for the fist day I got charged a second day I didn't even have your truck. To top it off my security deposit hasn't been refunded and I'm disabled and on a monthly income and rely on that money to survive. I knew when my reservation got screwed up I should of canceled but I only use uhaul and been using them for thiry plus years and this is the first timei ever had trouble. I really can't believe this is happening I'm so disappointed and now broke because of that girl behind the counter. I've been stressing enough about having to move and now this

Ortega DI returned the rental truck on time on Saturday January 27, 2024. Your staff chose to not inspect the vehicle or close out my contract after I left the facility causing me to be charged an additional $40+$15 and milage because they wanted to be lazy and were rushing to get off work. Unacceptable and I never will never recommend that location Contract #28581874

Daniel WBetter customer service treat people like actual human beings when they walk through the door and not just another number I've rented from this place before was very satisfied with the customer service same people are there and was treated very poorly when I return my vehicle with more gas than it was needed and had to wait when nobody was around when the person was just sitting there doing nothing then gets mad at me when I ask them to do their job and check me in I get upset and yes I used a cuss word now they threatened to put me on the do not rent to list because of their poor customer service

JORGE RI needed a truck to move on Sept 3rd. I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance at a Zephyrhills location. They called a week later to change my reservation location to Thonotosassa due to not having the size truck I reserved. The morning of Sept 3rd, I was on my way to pick up the Uhaul and got a call from the location in Thonotosassa letting me know they cancelled my reservation and would call me back if they found a truck available in Wesley Chapel. All I needed was a 15’ truck. I was told they would give me a larger 25’ truck and include extra mileage free of charge for the inconvenience. So the morning I moved, I ended up having to call a friend last minute to help me pick up a 3 piece reclining sofa set with only their personal pick up truck and my SUV while I waited on the Wesley Chapel location to open. When I got to Wesley Chapel, they didn’t provide me with a larger truck nor did I receive anything for inconvenience. I returned the truck that same night around 8pm in Spring Hill hoping maybe I could be credited for using it less than 24 hours. This was my first time using U-Haul and it was a terrible experience across 3 different locations. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend to anyone I know. The last minute rescheduling on the day someone is moving is wild. Empty promises and extremely over priced for nothing but inconvenience.

She called me an hour before our pick up time to say we had to pick up the truck in a different location due to the driver’s license saying a different area. But that should’ve been told when we went to make the reservation. So we had to switch the person the reservation was under to match the area address. She was not nice when I came in to pick up the truck. She was rude and snippy.
