Jena and Ed are the best! They made our moving experience the best it could be under some difficult circumstances. Very professional and customer oriented. Look no further for your moving needs than in Compass! I cannot say the same about U-Haul “Traffic” or central headquarters. Bottom line: you have a major issue with truck inventory accountability and control. You sent me to a U-Haul facility that did not have the reserved truck booked online as promised. Secondly, I got sent to another facility that had the truck I needed but was further away than I wanted. If it weren’t for the good people at Compass storage I easily would have lost a full day of moving my family to our new home and the ripple effects of that happening. Thank you Ed and Jena at Compass for saving the day for my family!

Customer service and over billes
Gwendolyn SIt would’ve helped if we didn’t have virtual reality trying to pick up a truck and keys and drop off the truck and keys whatever happened to working with real life people. I’m not too happy about this.
