The lady who I tried dropping off this U-Haul to said I cannot drop it off because her lot was full there were many spots available but she insisted the next location would be able to take me , I get there and everything is locked up and I’m forced to park this 26ft U-Haul in a tighter space so with that being said I am charged $15 extra while I’ve already filled your truck up with more fuel than it had before I even drove it ! U-Haul isn’t my problem it’s the lady in Spring Hill who didn’t let me leave the truck with her and then proceeded to charge me more money for their mistakes on not dispatching me to the correct store for drop off this seems scammy and I wonder how much this happens to people I’d like my money back

Jonathon TThe $113 "deal" I got turned into a bill over $200, including charging my bank card without my permission. I will never use U-Haul again, and I will advise people who consider it not to use U-Haul!
