KRYSTAL MEverything was perfect! I was set up to check the truck out through the website. I went in to the office when I got there, because they were open. The woman working that morning was so friendly and helpful. I turned the truck in late at night and was able to leave the keys in the drop box. The truck was well-maintained and clean. It was so easy. I had no problems! I definitely recommend UHaul and this location!
Mary NI took pictures of the coolant reservoir when I picked up right as I got the keys. No coolant in the reservoir and the radiator was low. Along my 1400 mile trip 232 miles in I had to add coolant. I also had to replace 20a fuses , the charging ports were both dead and I needed navigation. The front end kept making a popping noise when you turned. I pulled over and the lower ball joint on the driver's side was hardly staying together. I pressed the joint back together. You need to fire your weekly fleet maintenance guy. He had been at the location inspecting. How was it it was in so poor of condition when they knew I was going from Michigan to Tennessee? I thought we were going loose control in the mountains. After we made it back I was NOT reimbursed for the coolant, tools and fuses. My clothes were ruined by the filthy engine bay and suspension. Juanita BLocation and staff were great. Truck was clean. The truck A/C, radio and blinkers worked only intermittently. ABS light on is probably a DOT violation. Did the job for short move, truck has seen better days.

michael gI only answered “yes” about it being well maintained because the passengers side mirror was loose and wouldn’t stay in position to see my right side; also, the ABS light came on once I got it home but there were no mechanical issues. Overall it was a decent truck.

Gary JFIRST you guys upgraded my truck from a 15 to a 17 without permission then your clerk said I got to pay the difference so that was cool. The clerk also photographed my i.d. with his personal cell phone as he stated he didnt really work there he was just helping. He did not tell me about dropping the truck back off so mid move I got to call and wait for about 12 mins before the call disconnected and I called another location for them to tell me the office I rented from is never open and I also have to take it back specifically to there. When I called the man could not locate my rental, my phone number was entered incorrectly and my name spelled wrong.. then he was gonna link my account with the truck i.d. but it also didnt have that. I cant imagine what sneak charges I would get if I took it back to any uhaul as advertised. I also took pictures of my dash before and after and only went over my anticipated milage by 5 miles but am being charged an additional $30?? No one called to go over additional charges with me. I also purchased boxes from another location where I received my printed invoice and was left in the store to carry 22 boxes by myself (I'm the size of a 6th grader) and barely spoke to. I will NEVER rent or purchase from uhaul again. Crooks.

We did not have a place to return our rental and they made a phone call and said yes we can take it so we did not have to go looking for a return. This location is clean the employees are professional and very very helpful. We are so happy with them. They were excellent!!
