The cab and the cargo department was mostly cleaned. I was NOT told that I had to return the truck to that location and returned it to a location less than a mile away. The truck was not logged back into the system and made it appear that it was longer; however, the Area Manager resolved the issue to treat me fairly.

Fix the customer service. Everyone is not a child using Apps let alone an app that works poorly. I cannot read anything. You cannot change your dob year and it is just a huge pain. And the reps in some of these location are useless and do not try to help
