Staff was very helpful. There was a problem with equipment I ordered on line (appliance dolly) - they did not have at this location, but I was allowed to order it on line anyway. I was given a regular dolly to use free of charge, and we made it work, but that COULD have been a huge problem as I had movers for a very small window of time.
