The van was dirty and smelled of manure, had roaches present when brought to the attention of the manager and the area supervisor Dustin both said nothing could be done and they weren’t able to help regarding either a refund on the van or for my items that were damaged. I don’t recommend U-Haul as a trustworthy company. I’ve done years of service with them and was treated poorly. I definitely don’t recommend and won’t be doing business with them again in the future.

DAWSON HI walked in behind another U-Haul customer and we waited a good 10 to 12 minutes for an employee to check us out. We heard one talking on the phone about a property that was up for sale in the back didn’t really seem work related. The other employee had just left with a customer it seems that was renting a storage unit when I first got there and then came back with them and helped us. Just wasn’t really sure why the other employee didn’t help us instead being on the phone in the back. He could have had his conversation still and helped the two customers that waited.

Crhys MI got there and there was no where to park my car safely and out of the way without someone potentially hitting it. I get the van and there is odor immediately of feces and cigarettes in the vehicle. Along with so many stains all in the back and the seats up front. The emergency break and the on star button in the middle console were both broken and out of the socket I couldn’t even engage the emergency break afterwards because of how badly broken the emergency break was. After all of that I was still being charged a cleaning fee of $25 and the condition the van was given to me was horrible for me to charged that amount when it wasn’t even handed to me clean.

ANTHONY FNot screw the customer. I put in my locations and you figured 31 miles, so you’d give me 33. You didn’t take into account that I’d have to travel to and from these locations to the UhAul stores plus gas station without incurring extra miles, or then again maybe you did. I left more gas in the tank than I needed to and you still billed me for .11 for going over .1 of a mile. Shameful!!

Ramona WAbsolutely terrible experience. The truck was beat to hell I’m surprised it made the trip. In addition, I had extra charges on my card for going over miles which no one explained to me during the rental agreement… At all. If I had known about the miles being charged, I would’ve asked for a closer drop off. The drop off that was assigned to me Was literally 20 minutes away from the address given for delivery. I passed up three other U-Haul places before dropping off. I guess that was to rack up more miles to charge for. Either way terrible experience. I’m moving to other family members and renting trucks from your competitors because you guys pretty much suck.

Adam WThe back of the truck was not swept out after the previous renter and it had a weird smell. The gas was at 13/16 when I picked it up but the app check in was saying it was at 15/16. I adjusted the gas on the app and uploaded a picture of the dashboard showing the actual gas reading but I was still charged for gas even though I brought the truck back at 7/8 full. I suggest you do not do 24/share at this location. Walk in and do the rental with the rep and show them the actual mileage and gas and have them adjust it in their end. I worked for U-Haul for many years and was also a dealer for U-Haul and I'm disappointed that this is acceptable now.

Efrain NThe gas line was NOT accurate when I picked it up and dropped it off. I had 39 miles until empty when I picked it up and 110 miles left when I dropped it off. Please correct those receipts for my company! I have pictures to prove it. The radio would only work on AM, none of the setting would change. There was a cigarette butt in the cupholder.
Veronica SCharged me over $50 for gas although I returned the van at the sane gas level as given to me. Thankfully I took a picture beforehand because the miles were not correct and that ended up helping me get a refund from customer service

Allyson GI made a reservation at this location for a 10' truck with two furniture dollies. I get there and immediately I'm told they have no furniture dollies at all. The truck I ended up in had a check engine light on from the moment I started it.
