My only criticism is that there are few parking spaces.
Joseph LBooked for 2 hours. Showed up on time. After giving all information, there was an alert under my name. I called and was in hold for 30 minutes to find out there was no issue and it was an app error. Almost canceled my booking and had to rush my move because U-haul made me late and couldn’t even be flexible with the time even though it was their fault. The storage location that I picked up from was great and helpful but they couldn’t help on this issue. I almost missed my movers and move out window and it was an error on U-hauls part
EDWIN GParking a 15ft truck was a little tight eith the parking spaces and available last one and it was was after hours. Otherwise no issues there. Need an n/a on personal as it was after hours so put I put a yes as I couldn't skip the question.
David GSystem updates caused a lengthy check out of the vehicle. The person in front of me waited over an hour, I had a long wait as well. The attendant was very courteous, this appeared to be a system issue. The appliance dolly I reserved wasn’t available upon picking up the rental, wicked caused issues in the move I had scheduled. U-Haul should have either ensured the reserved equipment was available or called me ahead of time. Overall disappointing experience.
