As expected
Alex MThis was a terrible U-Haul experience. Picking it up took almost two hours and even after my card was charged we still were waiting for close to an hour. This pushed back my entire moving day and was extremely disappointing. We did the mobile pickup to make it quicker that didn’t work and then they were having issues with their system inside. This is all after my pickup location was moved to a further location.
Olivia ZThe U-Haul cab leaks, so when it rained the inside got wet. They extended my reservation only to call back the next day and tell me it wasn't extended. The online check-in process was a joke. I got charged for two gallons of gas even though I filled it to where it was when I picked it up.
Michael AStaff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The vehicle rode smoothly. My only issue was the cleanliness of the van, it was covered in pet hair, dirt and smelled strongly of pet urine.
