The office staff was very helpful and efficient. The parking lot was too small and could not easily park the truck.

Location needs to get better internet service...system was very slow, The only reason I was able to complete the pickup was because the agent went out of her way and used her own cell phone and cell service to complete the transaction. Shame on you Compass Storage and U Haul. Agent was extremely helpful.

Alex MThis was a terrible U-Haul experience. Picking it up took almost two hours and even after my card was charged we still were waiting for close to an hour. This pushed back my entire moving day and was extremely disappointing. We did the mobile pickup to make it quicker that didn’t work and then they were having issues with their system inside. This is all after my pickup location was moved to a further location.
