Staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The vehicle rode smoothly. My only issue was the cleanliness of the van, it was covered in pet hair, dirt and smelled strongly of pet urine.

The equipment was clean; however, tire air pressure was low, particularly on the rear driver-side tire, which was below 30 PSI. Additionally, the air pressure sensors on two of the tires were not functioning.
