They charged me for gas when the tank was little more than 3/4. Before I left the lot I let the attendant know and she said ok I even took pictures before I left and then when I returned it I got charged for not putting it on full even though it wasn't on full to begin with.

Aaron O.The truck stank. I don't know what was in it before or how to mitigate it but the stench was bad. The rental office was wonderful, very helpful. The app was terrible in my case. I reset my location setting and couldn't get the app to update so was unable to check van in myself. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. I've used this before, I don't recall having to enable location, it worked then.

She was rude, unprofessional, the place smelled like marijuana, and she asked me to bring the equipment back in the morning after 10am after I repeatedly asked to bring it back before close the same day. When bringing the equipment back in the morning as instructed. She told me I cost her store $50 bc I brought it back after 10am (as instructed). I was told the “just leave my store†after I apologized sincerely (for doing exactly what I was told to do). I will not be doing business here ever again and I'll be warning everyone in the area as well

Raymond G.The phone checkout did not work, kept saying my license has too much glare to be accepted, had to do the manual desk checkout anyway. Then I rented from 10-10 and got charged a wrong After Hours Service fee. I did return it early but should not have a fee for early return. Then the charges email says if issues email 46150_gm@uhaul.com if issues, went to email about extra charge and email is an invalid email that kicked back saying not a valid email account.

Mark L.Horrible experience. Being overcharged $120 because people cannot do math and figure out the correct mileage or gas level. Reservation was at 2:30 and when I got there the office was locked. Called the courtesy number and finally around 10 till three someone open the door. As I entered the office completely reeked of pot. Told me that they were out of furniture pads but I could go to another location to pick them up if I want to. Would have been nice to know that when I made the reservation. Went ahead and bought bubble wrap to take the place of the furniture pads. Was marked 1295 and rang up at the register 1995 so they made a price adjustment. When the receipt came they had charged me for 69 miles instead of the 24 miles that I have documented in the pictures I took. They also charge me 11 gallons worth of fuel which is incorrect. Would not recommend this location for any reason for anything. Phone number and email don't work. So will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
