My experience with the staff and rental was outstanding however I was charged 131 dollars for moving help that cancelled 3 times and never came to help. I am furious over the cancellations but to be billed as well is beyond frustrating. I called U-Haul and they promised to correct problem that day however it's the weekend and still no correction
Danny Cthe gas was marked as a full tank but the tank was not full. I was in a rush to pickup my wedding decor and just filled it all the way up when I dropped it off. not a major issue for me but may be for someone else
