Well had three different locations to finally get the truck we reserved on June 22. To pickup on the 27th lived in Oxford Ohio went to Seward rd in Fairfield Ohio He was very helpful. But having to drive to Florence KY. to get the size truck we ordered was a very big inconvenience we only had help for a few hrs that day.

JOE CMy experience with the staff and rental was outstanding however I was charged 131 dollars for moving help that cancelled 3 times and never came to help. I am furious over the cancellations but to be billed as well is beyond frustrating. I called U-Haul and they promised to correct problem that day however it's the weekend and still no correction
Danny Cthe gas was marked as a full tank but the tank was not full. I was in a rush to pickup my wedding decor and just filled it all the way up when I dropped it off. not a major issue for me but may be for someone else
