Did 24 hour pickup. The keys weren't in the box when I went to pick up the truck. Had to wait until it was open. They staff was ten min late. Ended up waiting an hour to pick up my truck. Location is a total joke. Never rent from there again.

NORMAN DThe vehicle was dirty in all areas. When I went to return the cargo van, the sign said open, the hours of operation were cleary visible and I returned hours in advance of closing, the lights were on, but no one was able to assist me. I called and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I left the key in the after hours box as a result.

NICHOLAS GThe staff was very professional, helpful, polite, and got me in and out quickly. After returning the van and I left, I realized I forgot my straps. When I went back the staff was understanding and allowed me to check the van and retrieve the straps. Everything was clean and organized in the rental office. It was busy when I got there and returned but they were servicing everyone quickly and proficiently.
LARRY DI reserve a large truck in order to make one trip only to be told they didn't have it meaning what would be been one trip had to be two casing me to have to pay more in mileage . I didn't have time to find another U-Haul due to false advertising which is unacceptable and inconvenient

Hawa SI did not feel welcome and the gas tank was said to be a1/4 tank, it wasn't, I had to stop for gas before got to where I was going down Waycross to Forest park. It rained while I was loading up so I had to stop, after I was able to finish I noticed my boxes (at the top front) were wet. The truck had holes.

Brenda AThe man at this location was extremely short and rude and it was clear he did not want to get out of his chair or off his phone he was playing on. He refused to go outside with me and walk around the van to look at damages or to see that I had told him that the truck was filthy in the cab and the truck. When I returned he refused to get up and go out around the vehicle with me to inspect or to check me out while I was there so I had a receipt as to the charges. He just said no I'll do it later and kept playing on his phone. This is a person you should not have representing U-Haul at all! I use U-Haul regularly and I may look for another company because I do not appreciate being charged $70 and being treated the way that man treated me. Thank you for your time.

Carla CI arrived at 9:30am to pick up the truck and no one was in sight. When I called U-Hauls customer service, I waited on hold for 20 minutes, then was transeferred to another dedicated line. The call disconnected. I called back to start the same process over again as I had hired movers and still needed a truck. The agent on the line explained they found another locatoin about 20 minutes away that had a truck available, however, they would charge me for the additional mileage and no discounts could be offered my inconvenience or to help with the cost of the hourly hired help I employed an not have to pay 2 hours of free labor. I drove back to the original location, noticed that the "open" sign was on and walked in. I picked up my truck at 11a. The front desk advised someone had called off. She would ony be able to offer my a few $ off my rental. I understand the politics of a call of... I don't understand why there isn't a better proceedure in place to make the customer "whole" or extend any accomodations to ensure the customer remains a returning customer. I found myself in a complete panic and out a lot of money for the inconvenience of a "call off" at this location. Kathleen WBest experience I've had with U-Haul. Kelly was super awesome!! She was very friendly and efficient. The facility was cute, clean, and inviting, and it smelled really good. The back of the truck needed to be swept before putting our belongings in it, but the cab of the truck was the cleanest I've ever seen from U-Haul. Definitely recommend this location!! Thanks!!

Michael HBecause of the extreme inclement weather, we could not return the truck until a day and a half later, and then I was charged an additional $80 for 2 days plus $25 cleaning fee because the floorboard was wet from the snow that had melted that I had on my feet. I feel that the extra days and other charges should be waived because I did not make it snow and I didn't want to hit something in the parking lot with your truck. Very bad policy

Zachary TI showed up to return the truck at 2:11 pm and there was a sign on the door that said will return at 2:30 . But as I was yell this to my son the man inside came to the door and reached his had though the door drop slop and I handed him the key , he said thank you and I drove off. 2hours later I got my final bill charged for an extra day stating I'd returned the truck after 4.Thats was an intentional lie and a dishonest way to charge a customer extra money on purpose. And that's bad business. I'm sure there are cameras there and at the gas station right next door where I got gas minutes before returning the truck to prove what I'm saying. I will never do business with them again.

Karen SEmployee was late to open store. Also although the truck was new an F650 should never even be built with a gas engine. Struggled to maintain speed limit on highway and redlined going up any hill over a 15 percent grade. Consider a diesel motor option in your 26’ trucks in particular. You’ll get better performance, better fuel economy, and better life expectancy. The ride was worse than I expected even out of an F650. You can feel every crack in the road. God help you if youre driving through road construction. If you plan on renting this truck you should preemptively call your chiropractor, also bring plenty of bags if you or your passenger are prone to motion sickness.

Brian SWe were charged for the previous customer because the van was not checked back in. Now we are having issues getting this resolved. We used the check-app prior to leaving the facility to confirm the mileage and gas. For some reason you all don't have our check-in photos. We also spoke to the rep at check-in about the wrong mileage and he said that he was going to call and fix it. Well that didn't happen. Neither did submitting our tax exempt paperwork.
