The entire experience was horrible. My original location sent me to a second location which didn’t even open until an hour after my reservation. So I went to a third location which was very friendly and helpful and was able to get a truck 45 minutes late and 10 minutes away from my pickup location which added about 10 miles to my drop off. I will be looking at budget and Penske truck rentals for my future needs and will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Clarence CThe equipment I ordered was not at the location. The location said they are not “U-Haul” and I would need to go to a different location to get the equipment. They did not contact me ahead of time to let me know the equipment was not available. It seems to be an easy thing to do. Their attitude was very nonchalant.
JON MI was supposed to pick up my truck at 8:30am but they didn’t assign me a lockbox so I had to wait until the location opened. It was supposed to open at 9 and an employee didn’t show up until 9:15 so I was waiting for 45 min.
