Very poor customer service and rude i was 10 minutes late for drop cause im new to the area and had trouble finding the place and yet still got charged for another day. Employees customer service was rude and wouldnt try to work with me on anything, I would definetaly not recommend this location to anyone.

There was a glitch in my reservation. I looked it up to the internet and called the phone number and made the reservation. When I showed up it wasn’t the right location. Looked it up on my phone and the reservation number which didn’t even show up in the uhaul computer. Did find address finally and took off in that direction. Called uhaul told situation, was told the store closed at 6 pm but she would call store manger and tell situation and someone would call me back. Got to correct location at 5:57pm. My reservation was not in computer, said didn’t have the size I needed. He call uhaul corporate. Then all of a sudden my reservation was on computer screen the the right size truck was available. From that point it all was good.

The people at uhaul not the actual place I got the truck from were rude did not provide clear info. I was supposed to get a truck at 1 did not end up getting it until 2. The people I was picking my furniture up from left so I wasn't able to get it until 630pm which took me over my 4 hours with the truck. I spoke to the manager at the uhaul company and he did nothing for my troubles. He was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. His name was Matt. I would not recommend uhaul

We dropped off the truck and the employee said that he would go out and look at it later. Then he would email the receipt to us. I wasn't particularly happy with that response because I would have like to have been there to see what he said. I was also charged extra mileage even though I was told before at Old Bob's and a U-Haul rep that we would be given many extra miles for our wait inconvenience.

I forgot to ask the man behind the desk what his name was. He is such a wonderful person to deal with. This man is a keeper. If only more people I had to deal with as a consumer were as fantastic as this dear man. On a 1 to 10 scale. 10 meaning excellent. I give this dear man a 10 + all across the board. Driver said that the trunk smelled horrible. Someone clipped their fingernails and left them in the cup holder. She said that the door frame around the window was bowed and if it had rained she would have been soaking wet. She said the door also shook while driving it I asked if she told anyone when she dropped it off but no one was there at that time.

Better customer service.The man was nice at first but then when we took the truck back he changed.He was very rude made us give him a full tank of gas when he highlighted where to put the gas too.His name was jerry and he worked at the uhaul on Hamilton ave across from rally's.

First of all the vehicle should have been swept out. The cargo van's carrier area was really dirty. We had to sweep it out before we placed our items in there. When we returned the vehicle we had a terrible experience with Jerry the representative. I called him and tried to talk to him about our online invoice and when I wouldn't let him control the conversation or talk to me in a condescending manner he hung up on me while I was speaking to him. The worst customer service ever. This individual should not be working for your organization.

On our scheduled day and time, no one was in the office. We attempted to call customer service with no response. Finally, someone showed up and indicated, the designated employee called off. The employee who showed up was from another office. Although the employee was apologetic, whomever is the manager of the location should have had a listing of scheduled reservations to call the impacted customers there may be a delay while another employee was in transit. I was scheduled for a 6 hour reservation. With the delay, I was down to 4 hours and mandated an extension. I do not expect a full refund but an inconvenience discount should have been offered. I did request one but the employee stated she was not authorized to do so. Under these circumstances, it should automatically be granted.

The guy who rented the truck did not have a full tank of gas and LIED...repeat, LIED and said that's all the farther the needle would go. I took a picture of the dash, and sure enough when I pumped it full to return the truck the needle went way over full costing me extra money. The receiving site looked at my picture and agreed with me and gave me $20 off my rental.

Assist the owner/operator by having shipping supplies returned to him. Furniture blankets were unavailable due to shipment of blankets not being sent to the location. These are heavily used supplies and the operator has little control over the stock.
