I was pretty upset since the store i selected had the truck I selected available when I made the reservation. The day before I got a call to change the pickup location which was about 10 miles away leading me to pay around 20 to 30 dollars more than I should have had to due to mileage charges and gas. Not happy about the additional fees, felt like I was forced to pay for something I should not have and probably wont rent uhaul again.

I didn't have a cell phone so they said they couldn't rent me a truck

The company and George were simply wonderful especially considering the unusual circumstances that I ended up having . I would highly recommend this company they were wonderful.
