I booked my reservation through the 24/7 online pick up option because i needed the truck before the location opened. When i arrived to pick it up, and started the online process, it would not let me get past the confirming my location step. Despite having all of my location services enabled on my cell phone, uhaul was still unable to detect my location. Because of this i had to call customer service, who was ultimately able to manually get me through the steps needed to get the truck, but i was delayed a half hour because of this. It completely defeated the purpose of the 24/7 option - convenience. I'm not certain that i'll ever use this option again.

Justin (?) the representative that we returned the truck too was great! Super professional, friendly and helpful with the actual return, explaining the bill, came outside to greet us upon arrival. Above and beyond what you would expect for customer service.

The first van I rented was in pristine condition, but the second one was filthy. The bed of the van was covered in a sticky substance and there was a funky smell, like something spilled and someone tried to cover it up with air freshener.

I was not made aware that if I returned my vehicle after hours I should keep my key until I completed the return process due to needing to take pics of gas gage etc I had to guess at everything and take random pics. I called a few times the following day and was assured that someone would recheck my info, I know that I underestimated how much gas etc and was charged and never credited, Very disappointed!!!

Price needs to be what it is. Not extra when you get there. Don’t tell a customer they will do X amount of miles when they know already. Now my bank is holding my money because of you all. THANKS! Single mom on a long weekend. Awesome.

I had my reservation cancelled the day of my move without correspondence from U-Haul. I managed to get a tiny truck and make multiple trips. Upon dropping off my truck. There was another customer who was going thru the same problem. Very very inconsiderate and a major problem for moving tenants who reserve with the intent to pick up a truck and have it cancelled and given to another customer. If I could complain any harder or louder I would!!! I’ll opt for your competitor next time I am in need. I’ll discourage family or friends from your company due to unreliability.
