Only suggestion is to provide and email a PDF copy of the contract at the time of pickup. The PDF should include the original mileage, expected mileage, the original amount of fuel and expected amount of fuel to be used. Thank you for a seamless rentalJoanna A.

The location was fine, but using the self-pickup on the U-Haul website was a nightmare! Had to call U-Haul assistance on pickup and drop off. From now on, I will always use a place with in store staff.Ellen R.

The person at the desk was leaving when I arrived at 3 to pick up my reserved truck. Said he would be right back and when he did not after 30 minutes I left. I came back at 4 and picked up the truck I was picking up a sectional sofa and the truck was loaded with what appeared to be dry wall dust.Joe O.

When I dropped off the Uhaul truck on Monday morning, neither of the the two employees behind the counter were not wearing masks. They were talking to customers without putting masks on. That did not give me confidence in the cleanliness. They were not very polite. When I rented the truck on Sunday, the single was great. He was wearing a mask and was very polite.Dale D.
I dropped off my rental to 711 Branch Ave RI on the due date and I was charged a â€œlateâ€ fee of $40. the front desk man told me he only had two trucks (mine & someone else's) to inspect the day my rental was due but I was charged a late fee the next day anyways. Makes no sense.MCKASIA W.

I waited about an hour for my 10am reservation. A customer had a confirmation for the same van. I was charged for an extra day rental fee even though I brought the van back in 4 hours. All around just a poor experience. Will use other location or other companies in the future.ANDREW D.

You guys are very confused. I rented a Truck on Saturday to pickup on Sunday, then I was there Sunday and no truck available. They offer me a Van. That's completely disrespect and confused.,That's happened in Attleboro MA, and I found one truck in Providence RIWerliton N.

Should advertise the real base price after the daily price, mileage, insurance are all added. Very deceptive to say $29 when it comes to $70. The truck was a mess & sounds like a deathtrap, but got the job done. Staff saved the sale after the online experience. Would be nice is things ran smoother for frequent customers.Nick Z.

Nothing really, the only thing is the truck sounded like there was a body mount or something lose because it was banging on the big bump from the right side of the truck not a 100% but something deffinitly was wrong... But everything else was great a specially the service...John W.

I ordered a furniture dolly and furniture pads as I was moving into my new house with brand new hardwood floors. I called 3 times to confirm these things in days leading up to pickup. I was concerned as I was picking up the truck at 7am and knew the location wouldn't be open. When I went to the pick up, sure enough the dolly and pads were not in the truck. I called and they offered me to drive to another location to pick them up!!! When I had movers coming at 8am! I didn't have time to go get them as I only had 3 hours with my expensive movers. They PROMISED me I wouldn't be charged for these items as they messed up...guess what appeared on my bill? NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!Daniella L.

I booked my reservation through the 24/7 online pick up option because i needed the truck before the location opened. When i arrived to pick it up, and started the online process, it would not let me get past the confirming my location step. Despite having all of my location services enabled on my cell phone, uhaul was still unable to detect my location. Because of this i had to call customer service, who was ultimately able to manually get me through the steps needed to get the truck, but i was delayed a half hour because of this. It completely defeated the purpose of the 24/7 option - convenience. I'm not certain that i'll ever use this option again.Kiesha S.

The first van I rented was in pristine condition, but the second one was filthy. The bed of the van was covered in a sticky substance and there was a funky smell, like something spilled and someone tried to cover it up with air freshener.Estelle B.

I was not made aware that if I returned my vehicle after hours I should keep my key until I completed the return process due to needing to take pics of gas gage etc I had to guess at everything and take random pics. I called a few times the following day and was assured that someone would recheck my info, I know that I underestimated how much gas etc and was charged and never credited, Very disappointed!!!Janice D.
