You need another person to deal with public, the man Who I deal with wasn't very hepful. Also your vehicles shoud be closer to the office , I had to walk a Long distance under the intense heat we get in Miami at that time.

Employee was rude, slow, and did not care about the overall situation. We had reserved a 20 ft size truck which was available online at the location and the day of pick up, only a 17 ft was available and no accommodations were made. There was a 26ft available for the same price and the employee did not want to provide it instead of the 17ft.
