If someone reserves a truck and you have to call a day before stating that it's unavailable, I would suggest that someone either drives a truck to that location from another ( if more than 15 miles away) or give a good discount. The gentleman at the Concrete location was very helpful and friendly! The manager was nice enough to find me a location better then the service lady suggested to me, and give me the extra miles on the truck that was now needed, so that was very kind of her and helped resolve my issue in a very polite way!Sheri D.

I made a reservation for BELLINGHAM and told the day before my reservation that I need to pick my reserved truck in CONCRETE, an hour away from the location I made a reservation at. In the future coordinate the online reservations with the available trucks / locations. I do not feel that I can count on Uhaul as a reliable company after my experience.John C.

The person didn't know how to load a trailer so we ended up not getting one. I had rented a dolly and they didn't have one available told me to go down the street to get one. I was on a time budget. It just seemed like the person helping us didn't know much about u hauls at all. Very disorganized and did not feel confident.Megan P.

The details we specified online were not received by the Self Storage unit. This meant that we tried to pick up the UHaul with a self-entry before the storage opened and there was no key box, we had requested a certain drop-off location that we had to re-request when we showed up to get the vehicle. The staff person was very friendly and helpful, but it was clear that the UHaul systems communications were not aligned with their Storage facility. This was frustrating to have to re-do information we had already requested. We also lost about 3 hours of time because the truck was not available when we requested it.Lindsey M.
Things are very nice for our size of community to have UHAUL available. As an older driver that no longer has to drive daily I would love to see outlying U haul places owning passenger cars and or Passenger vans which We could rent for the monthly trips to pay bills, see Drs., make purchases, etc--So I/we did not have to maintain a vehicle and have constant insurance to run our necessary errands Plus some service where the vehicle could be dropped off for our personal use as needed several times a month. U-Haul's computer system is a little difficult to work with. For this instance I needed a trailer and a truck and I couldn't order them together. Had to treat it as two separate transactions. Not a big deal though. The people at the Concrete office were fantastic!Lisa L.
