Joshua GMy first time hauling a car one way. I did not know that the chains on the hauler were broken until I dropped it off at the drop location in Albuquerque NM. My husband couldn’t even get the chains to come off. We ended up using our own chains to keep the car down. The only way we knew the trailer was defective was when we dropped it off at the drop location the guy told us that the chains were broken and we could have gotten a ticket for not using them. Thankfully we bought the insurance but it should not have mattered if we did or not. The lady who hooked the trailer up to my car said the trailer was in great condition and shape and there was no need to get out of my car.
Gabriella HThe key drop box location was not an easy find. Initially thought was inside an area that required a key code entry on a key pad and there was no way to get that code. Only upon looking around and toward the back of the property was the actual key drop box found.

We ordered one size truck through phone customer service and when we got there the truck was already given out and the time we were to pick up was wrong!. Yall need to communicate better with your locations AND work on your website! We shouldn't have to pay a higher price for your mistakes! Thank God they had another truck even though it cost more. Also, your trucks need a step because that is a high jump to get in and a long slide down.

DAKOTA ALock was still attached to the back of the truck. I had to have another uhaul location remove the lock so I could load furniture in the back. Resulted in an extra day of uhaul rental.

Matthew CI just wanted to take this time to commend our 902 Broad St. Wichita Falls UHAUL rental service center, they are very efficient and professional, and everything was a snap with my reservation. The vehicle was cleaned better than I've ever seen from any other rental service. The little lady there at 10 am was so professional and friendly that it was a better experience than any other I've had in a few years. Paul and Kim have a wonderful store with excellent employees, and that location is excellent. The entire setup there is awesome, they've turned that place into a multiple-discipline service center and it is simply outstanding. I'll be back as a customer assuredly and already have recommended their location to my folks who don't have a truck. Much Respect, D. Calloway.
Dudley CI rented a 26’ truck, a utility dolly, an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly online 3 weeks before my scheduled move. I got confirmation of the order for the Kell location. I then got a notification to pick up at the Broad St location. When we got there, there was no utility or appliance dolly. We had scheduled 2 guys for 4 hours the your app which is what we needed had we gotten the equipment I ordered. This is no way to run a business.
Donna BFirst of all I was not told about the $100.00 dollar deposit and I'm still waiting for the return of that money. I'm not rich and need it back immediately. Second of all the computer system was down making what Should have taken 10 minutes take almost an hour to get truck.

DAVID BEx-military and I've used U-haul like 20 times. Worst pickup experience ever. They were baiting me over my complaint in difficulty finding location. They were snotty and arguing over chock feature, despite being printed on hauler. I'm ex-military and USAA. I'm insured, whether by driving or credit card transaction. They added insurance and they had to call her supervisor to authorize card rebate. We'll see if that happens. If not, there's always the Consumer Protection Agency.

Ray KThe manager at the drop off location was organized, trained, quick, and friendly. After I told him about my pickup experience he recommended I have someone from customer service reach out to get a positive resolution.
Will VI shouldn't have to use my phone to check out the vehicle. It's not my responsibility to take a picture of anything and them send it in to check out. It just so happened the location services weren't working in this are. All I should be responsible for is dropping off the truck and turning the key in. Which ended up happening anyway because the location services weren't working. I'm the customer, I don't work for Uhaul. Also after I turned the truck in the vehicle was stolen during the night. The representatives I spoke with asked me questions that implied I didn't turn the truck in. Then almost a week later someone else called me and asked when I was going to turn the truck in. Their records indicated I still had the truck. Not good business by uhaul.

Denine HI can’t think of anything at all that needs improvement. It was absolutely wonderful service even in 100° plus heat. All smiles and helpfulness from the minute I walked in the door from Savannah. Then when I came to return the trailer, before I got backed into the parking stall, the owner appears in my mirror helping to back into the parking spot. He did an immediate walk around the trailer, had me disconnected in a matter of minutes, and pushed a few buttons on his phone and had me back on my way in no time. I highly recommend these guys for all your Uhaul needs as their service CANNOT be beat by anyone!

Randy MThe staff was very friendly and helpful and made the process of renting the U-Haul, very easy and painless!!! They encouraged me to look over the truck inside and out and take pictures of it before I left the lot. Before you leave the lot they ask you to look over the truck and verify that it looks the same as the pictures previously uploaded. If there is something different, in my case, huge s uff marks down the driver side, you take a picture and upload it automatically to replace the other pic. It's kind of a CYA thing.
Kelly BEmployees went above and beyond to help me out in a bind. They stayed late on Good Friday to make sure I had the correct rental and made sure I was all set. I highly recommend this location for all your uhaul rentals!
derek fFix the side mirrors. The. Mirrors only went up and down and not side ways. Therefore, was not able to see using side mirrors.

Elida EI turned the truck in on Sunday and they still have not closed out the ticket. The location needs more training. Also, I got charged mileage for going to Wichita Falls to pick up the truck because Burkburnett did not have one. I should not have been charged for that. However, I got moved and all is good.

Robert GTruck we were given had major steering issues. The 'maintenance' had to be fixed by son in law and he had to wait for the person from the rental place to look at it before he could drive it. Something in the drive shaft was improperly installed. Truck never should have been rented!
