Everything was great dealing with this location until I received a call from U-Haul a week and a half later stating I never turned in the trailer. Apparently the attendant never completed my closeout, but was taken care of about 10 minutes after I received the call.

The only thing that came up was that the location of pick up changed that was presented in a message but I didn’t realize that was the case until after I went to pick it up. Suggest you make clear that the pickup location could change.
Steven CDropoff went great. I was met at the truck by an employee who went on to make the dropoff process quick and easy.
CASEY LDirty on inside from previous user. Then got charged for fuel when it wasn't on half a tank when I got the unit. Location said take it up with UHAUL. Well UHAUL isn't the one who checked unit in.
