the cashier gentleman was helpful but not the gentleman that help us hitching the trailer.

DUANE PThe location and personnel were excellent and assisted us even though the order was messed up! We ordered one size truck through phone customer service and when we got there the truck was already given out and the time we were to pick up was wrong!. Yall need to communicate better with your locations AND work on your website! We shouldn't have to pay a higher price for your mistakes! Thank God they had another truck even though it cost more. Also, your trucks need a step because that is a high jump to get in and a long slide down.
