La-Trelle SEverything was great dealing with this location until I received a call from U-Haul a week and a half later stating I never turned in the trailer. Apparently the attendant never completed my closeout, but was taken care of about 10 minutes after I received the call.
LEROY SThe only thing that came up was that the location of pick up changed that was presented in a message but I didn’t realize that was the case until after I went to pick it up. Suggest you make clear that the pickup location could change.
Steven CDropoff went great. I was met at the truck by an employee who went on to make the dropoff process quick and easy.
