This location is also a different business. It is an auto repair shop, also. The trucks and trailers are readily available, but a finicy person would be put off on the aesthetics of the complete venue. It is a very well operated business and there is no problem getting in or out with rentals.

Conners Auto Repair is an excellent venue for Uhaul as well as auto repair. The service was friendly, outgoing, concerned with my satistfaction and professional. They are highly recommended.

They were minimalists: they instructed me to "take the trailer around back...find a spot to put it in and leave it there...if you can't find a spot, just leave it in front of another one." They were engaged in conversation the entire time and never offered to help me one iota, or inquire as to the condition or performance of the trailer.

The price was very steep for a local few hours rental. We found that Penske would have been a lot cheaper for such a short rental. $100.00 for 6 hr truck rental under 50 miles??? Plus the gas, it was even more.. there should be better options for people needed it for a short time. The one way rental to a seperate location for drop of, which was next door to my storage and would have saved me 25 miles at .99 a mile, it was even more money, over $100...so helping people a little on the high price for short term local renting would make more sense. It was hard for me to pay my price. Even the center renting to me thought something was wrong because of the high price..so sorry, but not sure I can use these services again at the current rate for a short 50 mile local trip.

If the truck had cruise control it would be very helpful on long moves and would save on gas mileage.

We called the day before pickup to confirm rental for truck and appliance dolly. We were informed that everything would be ready for us at pickup the next morning. I also completed online check-in the day before pickup. I waited to pay until pickup day. We got to the location at 8am as requested. We had to do the check-in again and was informed that they still had to ask the questions even though we answered the same questions on the online process. Then we were told that there was no appliance dolly like we requested. She said she was not able to take a dolly off the smaller truck for us to use. She then apologized and said she would go ahead and take it off, but it was unclear what she meant by that. When the truck was pulled around we went back in to verify we were getting the dolly. She said yes she took it off, assuming taking it off the smaller truck. We looked in the back and there was no dolly. Then we went back asking about it and some other associate told them to just take it out of the smaller truck and give it to us. She also failed to mention the mileage charges and only explained we were only responsible for filling the gas tank back to the specified amount.

YOU TRIPLE DIPPED MY ACCOUNT!!!!! YOU PUT THREE SEPARATE HOLDS ON MY ACCOUNT SO IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS OVERDRAWN A FAIRLY LARGE SUM. NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULD NOT USE MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR DAYS!!!!!! I...WILL...NOT...USE...THIS...LOCATION...AGAIN!!!! AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY IF I EVER USE ANY UHAUL AGAIN!!!!

This is the only UHAUL site that I've used where I had to hook up the UHAUL equipment by myself with no help. Took me 4 times backing my truck to hook up the UHAUL equipment as I had no one to spot me. Had to clean all the branches and moss off the equipment before I left. There was no inspection of the equipment and checking that all the lights were working properly. I did it all myself. Couldn't check the brake lights as I had no help. Once I returned the equipment I had to park it myself and unhook everything. There was no inspection of the returned equipment. Went to pay and the quote was higher than I had been quoted. When I asked why, the lady said there was insurance added to it. I asked why I wasn't informed of the insurance the lady said she thought she had told me. No!! I would have gotten the insurance anyway but I would like to have the option. Very unhappy and would not recommend this place to anyone. Sincerely, Kenneth Carr.
