I rented a car carrying trailer and the wheel strap on the driver side tire the ratchet strip was frayed and too short to ratchet down the tire had to use a vice grip just to pull the strap down to get enough to try to ratchet, had it partway ratchet, but during the drive, it actually did not hold.

RUSSELL FOkay well I ordered a truck with a dolly did not get the dolly I talked to customer service they said that they would take the $15 for coverage for whatever I it would not let me literally click off of it so I had to pay $15 the woman that I talked to said she would take it off so my bill was $100 and it should not have been $100 cuz I paid for a dolly I didn't get and it would not let me unclick the $15 coverage please email me back or thank you
Marlena MI had a reservation for a 1pm pickup, and you guys changed it to 4pm. When I tried to chat with you to change it, I gave up out of frustration. Not the fault of Connors, but the equipment I had reserved for weeks was not available. I had reserved a furniture dolly. They told me they didn't have one to give me once I showed up. Spent an hour on the phone and another hour driving in order to get what I needed. This is probably my last U Haul rental unless you call to install confidence. I'm more of a repeat customer than most. You guys need a competitor. You are NOT customer service focused. Then, I had to put air in the left tire on two occasions.
