I had a reservation for a 1pm pickup, and you guys changed it to 4pm. When I tried to chat with you to change it, I gave up out of frustration. Not the fault of Connors, but the equipment I had reserved for weeks was not available. I had reserved a furniture dolly. They told me they didn't have one to give me once I showed up. Spent an hour on the phone and another hour driving in order to get what I needed. This is probably my last U Haul rental unless you call to install confidence. I'm more of a repeat customer than most. You guys need a competitor. You are NOT customer service focused. Then, I had to put air in the left tire on two occasions.
