Brian CullumThe truck was okay driving, but the fluids were not checked or filled even though I had estimated 700 miles of driving. There was maybe one ounce of windshield wiper fluid. After 2 hours of driving in Colorado winter conditions I had to pull over because the windshields were so dirty I couldn't see anything. I had to buy & fill fresh fluid and clean all the windows and mirrors to make the truck safe to drive

Robert MckenzieThe trucks were found dirty inside They did did not have the second truck in the right place. They had the truck located at a place where it was put was not the must deliverable place to be. Also they did not make sure you had everything you needed. Like a dolly and blankets.

Tristen WriedtThere is a giant crack up the side of my unit which caused water damage, mice to be able to come in and make nests as well as birds, which carry bed bugs I've paid so much over the years of storing my belongings to only have to throw most of it away because of all the damage, mold, bed bugs, rat nests in everything.

Harrison BishopThe car was not ready. So that meant that I had to drive to the other side of town for a different U-Haul. My business was time sensitive and the new location was in the opposite direction of where I was picking up my things. Because if this I was late and had to drive more miles than I had planned. This made me late making my professional reputation go down for the client I was working for and the money that I had to spend on the rental go higher because I had to spend more on miles and on gas. I usually have great experiences with U-Haul but you guys really fucked me today. I’m sorry for the language but everything normally goes so smoothly and the client I was working for was pissed and took it out on me. I really hope you guys can find a place in your hearts to make this up to me cause doing business with you today sucked. - sincerely someone who has had a good U-Haul experience every other time.

CARMEN RICHARDSApp did not work for check in. Had to manually check in with the desk which cost me time. Extending time for my rental worked very smoothly, I appreciate that. Cabin of truck smelled of smoke. I believe a message about this during check in would have been helpful because I was worried I might be liable for the smell.

Sean ColemanWe were told that the gas tank was full---it was not and on the return we started pumping gas and it took way more than we used! The attendant was extremely helpful and only charged us for the appropriate amount. Honest and friendly.

Jana SCHNEIDERUhaul in Indiana hooked the Dollie up and I put the car on it. Checked it while stopping during our trip like they said to make sure it was secure. Everything went well till we got to this location and the guy working said he “doesn’t detach the Dollie - I would have to. Hello? They said someone would do that when I dropped it off nobody showed me how they put it on or how to take it off!!! He walks out to the truck, tells me o e thing to do and then walks back into the store leaving me a 60 ur old mom and my 25 ur old dau to unhook something we’ve never dealt with in our lives. Not helpful at all!! Like moving across the country isn’t stressful enough, he could have helped us get the Dollie unhooked. Rude!

BENJAMIN DECKERThe online process was good until you hd to pick it up. The authorization process on site was a nightmare and uHaul should prompt you that you require lots of authentication. Also, the lock box is placed over a garbage can making virtually impossible to not touch it. We also did not have the dolly we asked for.
