The car was not ready. So that meant that I had to drive to the other side of town for a different U-Haul. My business was time sensitive and the new location was in the opposite direction of where I was picking up my things. Because if this I was late and had to drive more miles than I had planned. This made me late making my professional reputation go down for the client I was working for and the money that I had to spend on the rental go higher because I had to spend more on miles and on gas. I usually have great experiences with U-Haul but you guys really fucked me today. I'm sorry for the language but everything normally goes so smoothly and the client I was working for was pissed and took it out on me. I really hope you guys can find a place in your hearts to make this up to me cause doing business with you today sucked. - sincerely someone who has had a good U-Haul experience every other time.

Cabin of truck smelled of smoke. I believe a message about this during check in would have been helpful because I was worried I might be liable for the smell.
